Review 1：Not really a 4 star hotel. Some of the decor tatty especially in bathroom

Review 4：Great location...clean and comfortable rooms. Due to an issue with our previous stay we called the hotel to see if we could check in a day earlier. The evening front desk attendant, a very nice woman, was extremely helpful and granted our request with no hassels. Short but pleasant stay.

Review 5：Hot water took at least 15 mins to heat at every use, esp in mornings when it was glacial; staff failed to convey important phone messages (and language was no issue, as I and my callers are all French speakers; except for one female receptionist , staff were unfriendly and surly (the director's underlings all dislike him too);no fridge in rooms (in a 4star hotel! --so drinking water was always warm; room lights were so feeble, it was impossible to read anything after daylight; no assistance with luggage, except for a rickety grocery-type cart which we had to manoeuvre ourselves in tiny elevator and through a too-small room door Not what I expected from Best Western Would never go back

Review 7：We use booking .com and Best Western hotels a lot and this definitely did not live up to a 4 star rating as there was no shower cap in bathroom and our room was not made up on our second day there.

Review 9：The room was very small, you really could not have swung a cat. The bathroom was so small that using it was an interesting exercise. Also there was a strange chemical smell in the suite.

Review 10：Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for an overnight stay. A number of restaurants nearby, as well as an interesting area to explore.

Review 11：Breakfast was extremely expensive, also I checked when we booked in as I had thought I had not booked breakfast in the price; however I was told it was included, then charged €48 for 2 adults and 1 child for coffee, cereal and bread and cheese, our daughters didn't actually eat anything as she did not like the selection. It was not until checking out that the charge was added.

Review 64：The wash basin was almost 100% blocked. The wash basin cold water flowed extremely slowly. The shower hot water took 3 minutes to come. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was so high it was useless. It took more than 3 minutes before the toilet could be flushed again. There were too few towels, and when towels were taken away, they were not replaced. There was almost no place such as planks or cupboards to put our things in the room and bathroom.

Review 66：Where to start - tiny room (although we had a superior room). We had to devise a system to walk round the bed without bumping into each other. Really horrible toilet and bathroom (separate) not very clean very small. To support their 'green' policy no products in bathroom other than general liquid soap (had to ask at reception for products (we didn't bother). Hit and miss breakfast - not worth the money - hotel nor breakfast.

Review 72：The rooms in this hotel are tiny, we had a superior and you had to breath in to get past the bed. The wardrobe was integral and squeezed into a corner so you couldn't really access it, and the safe inside the wardrobe had been put in sideways so you couldn't open it. We complained but were told all rooms were the same size, when we pushed it and saw another room, it was bigger. I would not stay there again.

Review 76：Other than the room there really was not much in the Hotel - minimal bar and restaurent. No gym, pool, games room: anything in fact. The brochure suggested partner factilities - but no apparent discount and you have to work hard to find where they are or what they offered. The fridge only works when the key is in the slot so unless you leave the key in all the time it will not cool. No plug in the bath (even after having raised this with reception). No milk or creamer (we later got milk) No coffee to fit in coffee machine.

The room had not been cleaned properly: dust everywhere and it smelt of feces/strong perfume when we entered the room. The safe was a joke, you could just pick it up and walk away with it. Only one bottle of water for two people. Loud drilling noises in the room next door on arrival. They should have warned us, and when we said something about it, no apologies. The balcony cannot really be considered as such: tiny and no chairs, cigarette butts on the floor. All in all, for a four star hotel it was rather disappointing. The 'double comfort room' was not so comfortable. Would not recommend.

Review 94：The photos on-line do not reflect the hotel. The 'park view' isa bit of grass with trees between two carriage-ways. The balcony issmall, half of which is taken up by a large air-conditioner - no tableor seating. The place is 'tired' in need of upgrading. The staff'dis-interested' - same person who books you in is also theporter, bar person and breakfast maker. The rooms are small. The roomhad a safe but you could pick it up and take it away under your arm!
