Review 1：The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable at times however sufficient for VPN and e-mail. Sound isolation is not perfect however sufficient.

Review 2：The reception was very courteous. The apartment, bathroom, kitchenette, everything was very clean, everything worked, nothing old, ugly or broken, just perfect. A spacious room with a desk and a comfy chair, a large tv screen and good lighting. Breakfast is brought to your room!

Review 3：I was very late arriving but was treated with courtesy and my room was beautiful - spotlessly clean with good facilities and extremely comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation. A room of such quality would cost three times as much in England !

Review 4：The most strategic hotel for muslim because halal kebab is just across the road. It has kitchen complete with cooking & eating tools so if you got bored with kebab, you can just buy halal meat from halal butcher nearby. There's also supermarket nearby for you to buy things to cook. & if you are asian & would like to cook asian dishes, there is asian shop nearby. Hevea situated in the valence center so shopping places are just all walking distance. If you need to take bus somewhere, a bustop is just next to the hotel. The hotel has laundry room & it's free. & i like its cafe too for its breakfast food & cosy ambience.

Review 5：Car parking a problem, had to park overnight in supermarket car park which was expensive. Kitchen facilities were basic, no kettle just a coffee machine. Rooms quite noisy.

Review 45：One surprise on checking the room before leaving: some left ice cream in the deep freezer, hadn't mentioned before but this is a minus for the cleaning. As far as the garage is concerned: if you don't really need it, stay away from it! Entrance really is very narrow (didn't believe the coimments before...) and we suffered a bit damage when entering the parking place itself as we didn't really mentioned the small barrier of the adjacent parking place. Unfortunately this did cost a 100 euros extra at the car rental office. Would really recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Review 46：Had an almost perfect stay at this hotel for a visit of Valence and its surroundings.Very close to the old town. Stayed in room 206. Modern room, well equiped with very basic kitchenette with good fridge and , allthough small, very nice bathroom with excellent shower. However room was kept clean and towels were changed daily. No problems of street rumour as mentioned in other reviews. Breakfast was very good.Different kinds of freshly baked bread, brioche (try it!), vienoisseries and pancakes. Sweet spread, meat, cheese, youghurt, freshly cut fruits etc...The terrace at the 6th floor is a very nice place to have breakfast and as we were very lucky with the weather, we could enjoy it very much .However 12 euro pp is a bit expensive.

Review 54：Car park experience was hideous- hard to park near the hotel whilst getting access, tight corners to get out, very dark trying to unlock security barrier. No easy exit if you dont have the electronic door opener. Two people got stuck in the courtyard the emergency door opens onto while we were there.... They had a young baby with them and were quite distressed. Car park arrangements need reviewing from a customer perspective.

Review 57：We really enjoyed our stay at Appart’hôtel Hevea, which offers great value for money. The room, looking out over a street fountain, was quite big, absolutely clean and very quiet. It included a convenient kitchenette with microwave and fridge (it's so nice to be able to cool a bottle of water or wine in the room). Breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, don't skip it. It's fresh and it's served on the top floor of the building, where you can sit inside or out on the terrace and enjoy the morning sun. Staff are very friendly. We spent three nights at this hotel, and we have no regrets.

Review 58：We did not partake of the 10 euro continental breakfast but, at the encouragement of the front desk, we did go there the first morning just for coffee. The terrace on the 7th floor was wonderful but the charge per cup of 2.50 euros was unwelcome. The room was small and it suffered from some various, and mysterious, small holes punched into the walls and doors. The paint on the door in the bathroom was peeling, a surprise since this is a relatively new building which was one of the reasons we chose it; perhaps due to a lack of ventilation.

Review 59：The bed! It was firm and comfortable and a great relief. Also, although we were over a round-about traffic circle, the double-paned windows were very effective at keeping out any noise. We were glad to have the kitchenette facilities for keeping food cold and making a quick snack or meal, and the room was very clean. The bathroom facilities were modern and easy to use. It was easy to walk from the Valence Ville train station to the hotel. And we LOVED Valence! What a charming town.

The room was clean and warm and of adequate size for a business traveller. The breakfast room on the top floor is really nice with a good continental breakfast selection.
