Review 1：Car parking was at the door and it was so nice not to have to worry about car parking for one night. Honfleur was very busy and car parking was very limited. It was a bonus having an adjoining room and breakfast. The staff were very helpful and it was the first time we have been contacted about left behind belongings.

Just a few minutes drive to Honfleur centre where the shops and restaurants were near the marina which had a great ambience, a good place to have lunch or dinner and take in the atmosphere. Our towels were changed every day which was appreciated.

Review 17：The man who checked us in was very short and when I commented on the rooms he told me for the price I was paying I couldn't expect to get the best. He asked if we wanted breakfast and I asked if that was included as I could not remember, he then remarked if I had to ask then he would answer and we would not be getting breakfast. There were 2 or 3 other men in the room and it appears as if they had been drinking, not drunk, but social. He was not welcoming to us at all but rather short and as if we were a bother.

Review 22：We were happy that there was parking right outside our door and a little table with chairs where we could eat and play cards. They also had a garden to sit in that was pleasant. We loved the whole vibe of the place: it felt like we were staying in a little cabin. Never heard any noise from the people on either side of us and we were far enough away from the city that you could see stars at night too. Breakfast was lovely...

Review 23：The welcome from the manager is always good. And if you have stayed here before as we have you know that when you are shown to your room that it is extremely presentable.

Review 24：1. Separate w.c. without its own washbasin is my pet hate. 2. It seems rather silly to mount the shower head bracket so low that it has to be used hand-held. But these minor quibbles in no way detract from our overall experience.

Our room's easy chairs, fittings, comfort, cleanliness and huge window/patio door leading to the balcony overlooking the central courtyard. The delightful manager and staff, whose only aim was to make us as welcome and happy as possible. The individual lock-up garage (with remote-control electric door!} for our car. It would be hard to overstate just how good this place is.

Review 26：Owner was most helpful. Place is a little walk from honfleur about a 15 minute lovely walk along a river path and shops. We even had a garage under our room for the car or you could leave it parked outside the garage.

Review 28：The most "downmarket" of our stays was actually right up there with the best! We wanted to avoid the alleged parking problems of Honfleur and so opted for this motel slightly out of the town and did not regret doing so. Easy to find with lots of parking and only a short pedal away from Honfleur. We cycled in and out twice, in the evening for dinner (the dynamo lights work on the great, free, city bikes provided by the motel) and the next day once the rain had cleared for the tour of the town. Very easy to avoid the main road, which wasn't very busy anyway, and we were able to use the bikes all day, even after having checked out at 1100. Honfleur is great for all the usual "gee, ain't it quaint" reasons and this motel is a good place to base yourself. Very clean, extremely comfortable, individual parking space (with a garage, unless you own a van like me), quiet and handily located, there is nothing not to like. Good value for money, free use of lots of bikes and friendly staff, we were mightily impressed.

Review 31：This was exactly as it said, a motel and for an overnight stop with excellent parking fitted the bill perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with delicious mini Danish pastries etc and some of the best coffee I've tasted.

Review 32：The hotel was hard to find as the road did not come up on the satnav, neither did the name of the hotel. We had to park in town and find a tourist information office. Even then it was hard to find as the front was not on the main road, but down a back road. I remembered the photo of the front but this cannot be seen as it faces onto an inner courtyard, right opposite our terrace French window.

Review 34：We have stayed in honfleur a few times as a stopover on our way home from holidays in France. Motel les Bleuets is by far the best place we've stayed. It is excellent value for money. We arrived a little late, after the reception had closed, but I was met within a minute of ringing the bell. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. It was raining quite heavily so he booked us a cab for the short journey into town. The family room was large and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh with lots of choice. I only wish I'd had room to eat more. We will definitely stay here again.

Review 35：A very short journey of around 15mins from Deuville airport, this was our first night and stop-off for exploring Normandy. The accommodation was ideal for a family of four, we had the quadruple room on the ground floor, and parking is right outside the door. It takes just five minutes to drive to Honfleur and there's plenty of choice of places to eat here, plus the next morning we dropped into Lidl just a few seconds away in the car to pick up our lunch for that day. Although it doesn't feel 'French', it was modern and fresh and superbly clean with a very large bathroom and gorgeous power shower.

Review 43：Motel was excellent. Rooms were large, modern and very clean. Facilities in the room were first class (wifi/electric shutters/UK TV channels/Tea & Coffee making facilities). We arrived by motorcycle and had reserved a room with a garage. Individuall garage was underneath the room, large and very secure with an electric door. Motel is 2 minutes from the Pont du Normandie bridge and an easy 20 minutes walk to the centre of Honfleur.

When came back at about 6p.m. reception closed & it would have been helpful if reception had initially told us about free bikes as they would have been great. Also in peak season, in the evening it would be good to have someone in reception, possibly the bar open and ability to use spa facilities till say 9 rather than 7.30. Minor quibbles as good place & nice people.

Review 91：The hotel had free parking and was close to the main routes.We had a family room for two adults and two teenager boys- both are around 2metres tall so having proper beds was a must! Reception and breakfast staff were most helpful and spoke English. Continental breakfast was huge and filled us up until supper. A short walk into Honfleur or 5 minute drive.

Large comfortable room, attractive decor, two comfortable armchairs. coffee making facilities, table and chairs available on small patio area outside, car parking adjacent to room, good wi-fi, plenty of sockets for charging phones/computers, reading lights over large comfortable double bed, high level en-suite facilities including excellent walk-in shower, plenty of hot water at excellent pressure, large mirrors positioned at the correct height for the taller amongst us, safe, fridge. It's as if they have assessed all the irritating omissions/shortcomings of other hotels and addressed them. Plus very helpful owner and plenty of other facilities on site, e.g. sauna, free bike hire etc. At the special price we paid including breakfast this was outstanding value. We were only there for an overnight stay but perfect for much longer breaks.

Review 100：Often stop over in Honfleur on our trips to UK and do not know how we have missed this gem of a hotel. Actually it's a motel so you have the advantage of secure parking right outside your front door. Good size room with king size bed and excellent bathroom facilities. Everything was spotless. The receptionist walked us to our room and explained the facilities which included tea and coffee making,(even china cups and saucers) fridge, safe, UK tv channels and good wifi. The quality touches extended to the breakfast room, and we were served at the table with a wide food choice. Small bar area, spa, free bike hire - amazing.

Review 124：Lovely staff, very helpful too. Our car had a roof box and wouldn't fit in the garage provided with the room, so the manager gave us his personal space! Extremely clean, great facilities and it is 20 minutes walk to the harbour. Will definitely use again.
