Review 1：The bedsheets stink like a dirty wet dog. Low quality cookware. Musty and mouldy smell of the kitchen furniture. Dirty walls in the room.
Review 2：Good location up next to wasteland. Instead of restaurant have a vending machine with bottled water. Large trash cans in front of the hotel - easy to remove a garbage bags from the room.

Review 5：The car's noise. If they get you an exterior room in front of the road you will be hearing a lot of noise all day long. The closet was short.

Review 9：The apartment faced the main road to the beach and there was some traffic noise at night. The soffa in the lounge was a soffa bed and not especially comfortable to sit in. The kitchen was somewhat spartan with a minimum of equipment for cooking, but lots os plates for eating!

Review 30：Loved the fact that it was close to the Beach, just 10 mins walk. The Staff couldn't have been more helpful. We didn't have a kettle in our room, but all you have to do is ask at reception. Parking is no problem. Room service came when you ordered them, which was ok for us.Olivia is a nice Spanish beach, very much where locals go, and not overcrowded, which is what we where looking for. I would defiantly recommend it.

Review 32：The rooms were spotless and the sofa bed was very comfortable as it folded out as two separate mattresses. The terrace was a lovely size. We liked the pool table downstairs too.

Review 34：The reception staff were really helpful and friendly, the comfort and ambiance, a lovely large terrace, very clean, the quality of the furnishings - the beds were SO comfortable ! Excellent value for money, we hope to return in the future.
Review 35：The hotel has very little in terms if facilities. No pool, no gym, norestaurant, leaving it as a hotel with little or no atmosphere. Althoughit is very new, there were obvious signs of wear and tear in thekitchen, bathroom areas and the actual size of the luving space waswuite small. Overall this hotel suited our needs in terms of a one nightstop on our way to somewhere else. I also think charging 9 euro for acot bed was a bit ridiculous.

Review 38：We needed a good room to stay over night and a place to store our bikes as we bike tour, Both of which we got at the ApartHotel Playa Oliva. But it seemed a bit of a waste as this hotel offers so much more in the way of space and facilities than we could use. I'm sure that families on long stays and sports associations and groups could really settle in for days or weeks and enjoy the vast common areas, terraces and outdoor resources.
