Review 3：Wifi sevice, which I believe is really important for international customers, didn't work efectively for us. We feel we paid quite a high price for what we got in return, and we were asked to pay in cash only.

The hotel attracts many locals, who enjoy the outdoor bar/restaurant seating, and mostly Austrian, German and Italian guests, who use the first-floor outdoor patios to congregate and relax. We thought the breakfast was good enough, though others have commented that it wasn't.

Review 9：When we arrived we had planned to have dinner in their restaurant, but were told we would have to wait for one hour, because of a large party in the back room. They were understaffed. The service during the meal was very impersonal and rushed. They advertise having internet, but there was no place in the hotel to get decent reception. We were there 2 nights, and this was probably the most unsatifactory stay of our trip. We wanted information about Salzburg, they were out of even a city map.

Review 10：It was relatively close to the Salzburg downtown area, a 15 minute drive. Price was reasonable compared to other similar facilities in the area. It did have an elevator, which was good, we were on the 3rd floor.

Review 11：Mattres was not good, we have had a 1/4 room, but 2 beds in the room were really bad. Also, the adress on the paige was not full and correct.

Review 12：It was really clean. There is a lot of cows over there, but the place is really nice and clean, with a lot of pure fresh air. A village you have to visit if you like nature.

Review 15：Not the hotel's fault, but the Austrians (and may Europeans) still haven't caught on to the no smoking indoors concept. The restaurant, patio, and even neighboring hotel rooms can all contain smokers. Fortunately, there is plenty of fresh air available by opening the windows in your room

Review 16：We had a great stay at HBS. Very friendly & helpful staff, comfortable room, and quiet location. Salzburg was packed with tourists and folks in town for the Mozart music festival and it was great to get away (about 10km) from all of that. HBS has a good restaurant for dinner and the breakfast options are broad. The staff was also good in pointing out local running/hiking loops that start right at the front door and wind through the hills. I put in a couple of good early morning runs. Would definitely stay again

Review 17：Very nice place for the traveller, who wants to have a brake from a noise of city. Beautiful country sights and very close to Salzburg. It is a small gasthouse-type hotel lovely maintained by the family members.

Front desk closed at 7, which was inconvenient. Way out site of the city, so I wouldn't recommend if you have to use transit. You literally have to walk up a steep hill on a highway out in the country.

Review 45：They were extremely accommodating. I had made an error in reservations, and we showed up an entire day early - at 10:00 pm! It was cold and snowing, we had my son, his wife and three year old child. Despite the fact that they were closed that day - with no other customers, they opened their doors to us, got us set up in fresh, clean rooms, and had a lovely breakfast for us in the morning. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night during our stay. The service was good, the food - GREAT! I can't say enough good things about them!

Review 46：The scenery was beautiful and serene. It was nice to be in the countryside with a fantastic view of the mountains. The room was very modern and clean. The service from the front desk was very good. We unexpectedly arrived early and were able to check in and put our luggage securely in our room. there was a wake- up call service.
