Review 1：Some staff members were quite kind, and tried to "compensate" the rudeness of other employees.

Review 2：Some staff are very kind, others are rather rude. As it usually happens in France, many employees are not solution-oriented nor helpful: telephone didn't worked (it was never repaired); remote control was broken, etc...

Review 22：We booked two double rooms - one had a double bed which was very small (both the bed and the room). The other was a twin with large single beds and very spacious and was much nicer. The gentleman on reception the evening we arrived wasn't especially friendly. Also we asked for a map but he didn't have any to give us - he could only show us one. It wasn't a major concern as we found the centre easily and were only there for one night, but for someone staying longer, maybe a map would be helpful.

Review 23：Good location - very close to the train station and just 5 mins walk from the centre. Excellent price and nice breakfast. The website said there was no parking, but we asked there and they had an arrangement with a car park just around the corner which was great.

The room reeked of stale cigarettes - the propertymay be non-smoking now, but the smell is ingrained in the carpets,bedding etc - impossible to sleep with the smell. No price is too cheapto justify this.

The doors of the room were 'fingermarked' and greasy. On arrival at the hotel there was a horrible smell of drains in reception.
