Review 1：location was terrible, attached to a derelict factory, damp up the walls, lighting in the rooms dreadful and no working plug for the bath, did not stay for breakfast as could not wait to get away.
Review 2：We arrived 10 mins after the booking time and the man on the desk was not best please and made it perfectly clear. He told me the booking in time was 21:00 but on the booking confirmation it said 21:30. After a long drive it would have been nice to receive a better welcome. Milk and croissants were not refilled at breakfast. Not ideally situated near the motorway if on route.
Review 3：We stopped here on way back from Spain and the bath in the room was a most welcome sight. Room was very clean and comfortable and more than adequate size. The breakfast was nice and the decor throughout the place had a warm and homely feel.
