Review 1：The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. My comment that I had stayed there over thirty years ago brooked no response and attempts at conversation fell on deaf ears.

Review 3：This is a very basic hotel, but it is clean and functional with a decent continental breakfast. The hotel is run by a friendly & welcoming couple and has its own peculiar charm. The hotel is centrally located next to the rail station and within walking distance of the attractions of the historic town centre. There is some secure parking to the rear.
