Review 1：Only very fussy people would have to say something negative about this hotel !

Review 2：Everything was just perfect - location, employees, cleanliness, no noise, great shower, very spacious room. Great value for money.

Review 4：I took Double Room. I like it so much, It's spacious & has cosy ambience & i felt really comfortable. Good breakfast. There is few halal Kebab & halal shops nearby so the location is perfect for Muslim. And it's nearby Valence City Center so easy for shopping & buy things. Cans beverages are provided for free, it's very generous for 3 star hotel in France.

Review 5：Very penetrative ambient scenting (possibly a reason for not returning, despite the successful renovation and the good price - quality relation); WIFI Internet connection is unreliable during times of increased traffic, breakfast buffet is o.k. (some more fresh fruit choice would be appreciated, however, the provided cutlery knives do not cut at all and are, thus, anyway not useable for preparing fresh fruits). The reception desk staff were un-flexible and not really helpful.

Review 6：Renovation and redecoration of the coming into the ages hotel had become necessary and was well done; free, secure parking (underground parking is only for small cars recommendable, larger cars are better left in the a court yard).

Review 13：It was easy access to the centre - two-minute walk. The staffs were helpful and the parking was on site. There was free coffee in an espresso machine in the lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Review 17：The parking was extremely difficult to access, especially the 2nd lower level. It is so easy to damage your car (scratches) as everything is so small and narrow. Then no elevator from parking levels to upper floor / Lobby. I saw a poor family with 2 kids struggling with luggage in a narrow staircase - I had to help them carry their bags through 2 levels. At midnight, they were in misery.

Review 21：We arrived relatively late, and got the last parking spot. We learned upon our arrival that spaces were allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so we got lucky, but it would have been quite annoying if it hasn't been the case, especially with two toddlers in tow!

Review 22：The night receptionist went out of her way to be helpful, and it was greatly appreciated. The free mini-bar was a plus, as were the tea and coffee-making facilities. This was a child-friendly hotel, and we will be back.

No unecessary facilities therefore great value. If you need somewhere for a great nights sleep, this is hard to beat anywhere in the world!

Review 39：Very friendly and professional staff. An initial problem with our booking was solved quickly. The location (5 min walk from city center) is excellent. A free private parking is available, so no hustle with the car. We got an upgrade of the room to a duplex, which is very comfy. Clean and modern shower, comfortable beds on 2nd floor. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Review 41：We love visiting Valence. We have friends nearby in the village of Charmes-sur-Rhône so we make Valence our headquarters. We were lucky to discover this hotel this year. It is delightful and affordable. Our room was large, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Great bed, good amenities, towels, etc., free cold drinks in the fridge, and very helpful staff. It is easy to walk into the center of town and enjoy a French experience. We recommend the town and this hotel.

Review 43：Walking distance of the center of Valence. Nice and clean rooms . Secured parking (but should be made easier to find with a panel because when you arrive in this busy street you have to ask the lobby where it is.) Efficient WIFI.

Review 44：At the time of booking we were not made aware that the hotel does not have a restaurant. We had a 20min walk for an evening meal; this would have been extremely annoying had we arrived late in the evening.
