Review 1：Great location at base of Cable Car - in Font Romeu town. Staff helpful - felt very safe and secure. Self catering facilities are very good and we had a balcony.
Review 2：There was a noise during the night that didn't let us sleep the first day. The way to go out from the apartment (building C). is really very complicated. If the lift is busy it can take more then 10 minutes to leave the building.
Review 3：The location is perfect if you want to go to ski. The apartments are well organized. We had a nice view. Everything is clean. The ski locker is very practical.
Review 4：Lack of WIFI in apartment with no English TV made it a little dull for the kids. It meant we all had to go and sit on uncomfortable dining chairs on 1st Floor to access internet. This should be updated.

Review 12：We wanted to have a shower when we arrived and there was no hot water. Nils offered an appartment on the below floor. We had to go outside with our towels and it was cold. The hot water in the other appartment exhausted in 3 minutes, so my wife had a cold shower. We only got a 15% refund. We will not come back :-(

Review 21：The description on booking.com of the 3 bedroom apartment I booked saidit would have one double room and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each.However, in reality one of these rooms was actually a bunk bed roomwhich is not as suitable for an adult. I would feel that the descriptionneeds to be accurate and to truely represent what the customer willreceive. One other suggestion would be to equip the kitchens with akettle (especially for European travellers).

I know it's self catering but that makes life difficult when you are traveling and staying for short periods. All the other self catering accommodation we have booked in France at least had some of this. We also had to strip our beds which I thought was a bit extreme.

Review 49：Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. Useful kitchen with a full size oven, dishwasher, pots and pans, etc. We checked in during August and it was very good value for money. It was nice to have use of an indoor pool for the price paid. If visiting outside of the ski season, the Lac des Bouillouses national park (good for hiking) and the Lac de Matemale (watersports) are a short drive away.
Review 50：No wi-fi in the rooms...you had to go to the reception area to get any signal. We had to wait to check in until 4pm because there was no one at reception area. Hotel felt like a dorm...confusing maze of hallways. Although there were very few guests in hotel, we still got a street view instead of mountain view. We checked out after 2 days due to weather and lack of activities to do in that town. I'm sure the place is probably much better in the winter since it caters to skiers. Sauna, pool, etc, were in the bowels of the hotel which made it a bit too creepy for us. Only one elevator for entire building.
Review 51：Apartment was very comfortable although lacking in kitchen area. Decor was nice and cozy...bed was very comfortable...nice deep tub, goog size balcony, although ours was overlooking the street. Dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator were all very nice and functIonal.
