Review 1：The breakfast was a disaster! No place for trays to be returned so trays and plates all over the tables - we cleared up ourselves! The breakfast area was too small so there was a scrum at the service area. They ran out of some items. The toaster did not work at all. Very expensive for what you didn.t get! The ,manager was trying to handle all this by himself!

Review 10：Difficult to find with GPS - reception sent me directions, but even still it was difficult to find in a hurry. (I am sure it's fine if you have someone else in the car to help navigate).

Review 14：The rooms are a tight fit and the location had very little in the immediate surroundings to accommodate a holiday group. Restaurants.... Perpignan city didn't entice us to stay on.

The lack of a door on the bathroom was inconvenient so was the lighting in the bathroom operated by sensors. The television was too big for the size of room and the lack of an English speaking news chanel such as BBC world was dissapointing

Review 30：- The staff was very friendly and very professional. - The rooms were very clean and modern (newly renovated). - We had a problem with our booking (double booking), but the manager was very nice and understanding and resolved the problem in a very convenient way for us on the hotel's expense. - The hotel cares a lot about its reputation, hence they're very professional.

Review 32：The property was very clean and well presented and the staff were most helpful. We had a "fire alert" at 7 one morning which was a result of a mature person smoking in a very clearly signed 'Non-smoking" hotel and room.

Review 33：The lighting system was extremely odd. Some of the lights didn't work at all, and the bathroom/toilet area ones came on automatically when you walked into the area, which disturbed the other sleeping occupants, as there was no doorway between the 'bedroom' and this area. Also, there was very little storage area for clothes and personal belongings.

We stay on our way back from our holidays as we go to the Auchan centre so is ideally located for us.

If you get up to go to the loo at night all the bathroom and toilet lights blaze on. Wi fi poor. Parking is unbelievably tight. White parking lines need to be more visible. I had to inch backwards and forwards many times to extricate my car in the morning. My advice: park somewhere with ease of egress or you may end up blocked in.

We asked for the wi-fi password and the woman in the recepction said that please don't disturb her because she was busy (what is more important than attending your clients?). Later, we figure out that the tv audio didn't work, and we went to the same woman to ask please if she could fix it, the answer was that if we want to hear the tv, we had to fix by ourselves, because she wasn't a profesional in tv's and she had another things to do more important. I don't recomend this hotel to anybody, and of course I wouldn't come back there even for free.

Review 100：This hotel is incredibly good value. The room was comfortable, veryclean and quiet, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast wasalso very good. It is located in the outskirts of Perpignan with acouple of other hotels, so don't expect a selection of shops andrestaurants within easy walking distance - presumably the locationpartly accounts for the low prices. However, even though I arrived lateon a Sunday and meals were not being served in the dining area, there isa Buffalo Grill just across the road for such occasions.
