Review 1：A very nice hotel right in the middle of Lappeenranta. Parking space up on the roof with direct access to the facilities makes it perfect for the travellers with cars. When you add the friendly personnell, a restaurant and a very cosy pub, then it makes it almost the perfect place for the stay in Lappeenranta.

Review 7：Very simple and old hotel. Many drunk young and not young people running and crying in the corridors (friday evening). Very simple breakfast, hot dishes were cold, hot water for tea was absent.

Review 9：There were no drawers to put ones clothing into such as underwear. socks and other items. There were not enough hangers for one week's stay.Teacups were chipped and never washed. Floor was not swept every day. Bathtowels and handtowels were warn thin. On arrival the room was very cold, engineer was brought in but that made not difference and a heater was brought for us by my niece from her home. Reception gave us one later. Breakfast food was very poor and tastless. The meetballs were the only tasty food. What was that egg? was it made out of milk and egg powder? Breakfast is usually the pride of Finnish Hotels and we have been in them all in Lappeenranta where we regularly visit from London.
Review 10：The Hotel Location as we needed to visit someone locally in that area most days. We liked the size of the room but a few things need to improve. We liked the reception staff very much, they were really excellent and the gentleman was really caring and helpful.
Review 11：Rather expensive for a hotel of the level. Leak of the shower cabins - water goes on the floor of the bathroom (even if the shower cabin door is closed ). Stayed in the hotel 2 times - two tmes one and the same problem (with shower).

Pool and sauna were an added perk. The manager was very friendly and extremely helpful in a number of ways - arranged a babysitter for our daughter.
