Review 1：I have to call customer service to discover the doorcode and way to get my room key as it was public holiday (1.1.2016). However, the staff who received my phone call was very rude. The door code for hotel received thru my handphone only at 1802 hrs, 1.1.2016 while i already indicated that i will arrive between 1300 -1400 hrs. The door code received thru email on 4.1.2016.
Review 2：located near ville port - many attractions within walking distance, easy to find food outside, near to centre ville as well.
Review 3：Noisy fridge but easy enough to switch of off. A lot of local workmen living there and they all appeared to get up at 7am.

Review 12：Welcomed by Greg who gave me all relevant information and showed me where to park. Landscaped off road parking. Light, bright breakfast room with plenty of fresh food and coffee.
Review 13：I am we'll aware of the rigidness of the cancellation policy of booking.com. However due to a family member falling ill and the postponement of a wedding, I could literally not make this booking. I tried in vain for days to reschedule for any other date for the following three months, even offering to pay administration costs, but they would not hear any complaints. Booking.com contacted them 3 times but this establishment would not listen. I was charged fully and I could not even attend, despite giving more than a months notice of my drastic curcumstances. Book here without free cancellation at your peril.

Review 16：I shall always choose a hotel or appartment with a kitchen, lounge and ensuite, like this one as it makes all the difference. I have privacy, I am close to the things I want to see and I can feed myself if I choose to do so rather than go out. Very minor but I would like to see a kettle to make my tea and coffee. The floor in the ensuite got wet due to the shower curtain. I solid partition would have been good but I still had a nice warm shower.
Review 17：I had an apartment with a kitchen which was terrific. I like to have aspace to cook my meals and a living area separate from the bedroom andkitchen and the price was most suitable. It was five minutes from theold German submarine pens and Tourist Information Centre, and one minuteform a supermarket and other shops in a pedestrian friendly zone. Therewas a pub over the road literally.
