Review 1：Nothing!

Review 2：The person at the reception was very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Also, you can have a free ride to the airport with a taxi that comes and pick you up. Only 5 cars were on the parking so the hotel was pretty empty, therefore no noise. Not sure how it'd be when rooms next to you are occupied. Didn't have time to enjoy the pool or the diner. Everything was great!

Review 3：Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, they had a limited menu so I got a sandwich, American style with sliced white bread which the receptionist toasted for me when I said I would like something hot which was OK but not very good. The yogurt and salad with it were better.

I Would have preferred a choice of breakfast as I do not eat much and whilst I appreciate it is good value if you take some of everything on the excellent display it was expensive for me with my limited esting

Review 7：We were very disappointed as we had chosen this hotel especially as it had a restaurant, and was located near to Bordeaux Airport, from where we were flying the following morning. We arrived at around 2.30 pm on the 22 December, and tried to book a table in the restaurant for an evening meal, only to be informed that the restaurant was not open that evening, and I think closed until after holidays. But we were able to have breakfast the following morning prior to our departure. As we had been looking forward to a meal that evening, without travelling anywhere else to find a restaurant, it was a bit of a let down. Staff, room, etc. good though..

Review 9：Receptionist not very friendly-a smile costs nothing! When we asked for an extra T Bag for the room we were told we had to pay!!! (There was only one in the room for 2 people) One of the rooms the TV only worked intermittently.

Review 19：I arrived on a Friday and was disappointed to find that there was no evening restaurant meal, even though I had a hot snack. I was down for breakfast at 8.00 a.m.on the Saturday, but there were no staff to be seen to help or serve in any way, which surprised me.

Review 25：This is not your typical, boring Best Western. The place is thematic and although I don't care about the theme itself, it gave the whole place a feeling of fun and playfulness that doesn't normally accompany a late night arrival at a hotel on an airport. Plus it was amazingly quiet, plenty of parking, breakfast was standard fare but good, and we could open the door out to the outside for a bit of fresh air. The staff was friendly and helpful and we could arrive at 3am and be welcomed with a smile. Not typical! The rooms are very small, but the beds are big and we were just grateful for a quiet, comfortable place to pass out.

Review 28：The Hotel was a perfect location for our overnight stay enroute to Airport for early flight. The hotel staff were excellent, very pleasant and extremely helpful. The outside pool area and surrounding terraces made the last few hours of our holiday very enjoyable.

Review 29：It was easy to get to via bus from Bordeaux center, and only a five minute walk to the airport, to catch the morning flight. We were also offered free transportation. All in all, it was essentially what we needed, a nice calm place to spend the night before going home from France.

No A/C in the room, so you can only ventilate by open the window, which in my room was doors directly to parking place - I was in ground floor. I feel not safety while open it because anyone can enter the room... Room was very small, but it is usual in France. For overnight before flight ok, but I will not stay there for longer time.

But if all you are wanting is a place to crash before anearly flight then it is adaquate.

Review 46：There was NO LIFT. When you are staying the night before you head home from the airport - to haul large cases up and back down the staircase is the last thing you want to have to do.
