Review 1：Reception on saturday was not opened from 8 am as indicated on Booking.com There is a difference compared to 9h on homepage

Review 2：Environment very quiet. Staff is very friendly.

Review 3：kitchen very small dishwasher very small, if you find any problems or something WAS broken than tell staff and show staff everything because if you don't show them they take money from your card.

Review 5：Ventilation was very loud in the night. No wifi in the room. There was some smell of burning. I asked to change the room , but they didn't even came to me to see the problem. From house A, is no normal road outside, only around the yard and thru the reception.

Review 6：great opportunities to buy food, cause a big supermarket 2 min by car away. 10 min to walk to the beaches. 10 min more and you're at the lovely beach at the chateau. the area of the hotel is nice, clean offers a pool and a nearby river to go for a walk a long. nice park to stay or playing boule. the only thing is mandelieu has no nightlife so you visit cannes instead.

Review 7：I called the hotel to say I was going to do a late check in. When we arrived the booking was canceled. We had to stay on the phone for 30 minutes to solve the problem. When we got the room it had camping beds instead of a double bed and the room was dirty. They gave us another room but still with camping beds.

Review 9：Nice place with a swimming pool, big nice room, there is a bus station not far from the hotel, so you can go to Cannes and other directions. A little bit far from the beach and train station ( about 20 min by foot).

Review 10：The room will be cleaned after only 7 days. You can buy clean towels (2,50EUR/towel), because you can have only clean ones after a stay of 7 days. You have to pay for internet in the room. Unfriendly staff, no Bonjour nor goodbye when returning the key. Too expensive breakfast For 2 days dirty laundry put in pillowcases was laying next to the elevator. The matress cover was too small for the bed, so we ended up to lie directly on the matress, so we slept on the blanket instead of under it.

Review 22：- the pictures on Booking.com for each room type are all the same and they do not match the reality (maybe they are all from the Superior double studio, but it for sure doesn't look like this for the regular Double studio) - awful squeaking bed - rust and mold in the shower - cleaning in the common areas like the staircase must be done very rarely, since a huge spider we killed was still there on the floor days after, along with dust and others - almost had our reservation cancelled without any notice due to the fact they couldn't charge the 1st night from the credit card (but they didn't bother to let me know, until I insisted in getting the code for late arrivals; the issue was settled only a few minutes before our flight's departure) - tiniest kitchenette

They need a lifeguard there. -no cleaning done for short stays but its an apartment. If staying for 7 days or longer, then only cleaning is done. -Showers smell, need to clean limescale off shower head

Review 29：Late night access was poorly organised meaning some people stuggled to get into their rooms. Reception only seemed to be open half the time. Could have done with a maid service or clean halfway through the stay-didn't really lile having to clean it ourselves.

Review 37：The service was poor, we had to clean the apartment ourselves for the service was done once a week and they didn't wash the bathroom at all - just vacuum-cleaning and wiping the floor. Lack of dishes. An internet cable for laptop instead of wi-fi at the room. We had to go to the reception for that purpose. Hot water is regulated by a special button in the electric cupboard in the room, if you don't know this fact, you then lack of hot water every evening, which is not ok with a baby. The reception is closed at nights, so there is none to solve the noise problems caused by the other guests behaving as savages, screaming and shouting all night long.

Review 38：The reception personnel was good. The pool was cleaned every day. The hotel is in a quiet area, there was no noise from the streets. The room was well equiped with a small dishwasher, mini kitchen, small fridge, huge bed, balcony with a plastic furniture and a nice view.

Review 39：The dark road you had to walk down to access the apartments. every time I asked for anything iron ect I was told by the reception I don’t know where it is or one of your people have got it . no changing of towels or anyone to clean rooms for the four days we were there. Also when we entered the studio it had a moody smell the air-conditioning was not very powerful but did contain the smell after a few hours. Shower could do with a deep clean especially at the bottom black mood in between tiles and plug area. which could be easliy removed. no coffee or tea. Also people actual live there.

Review 77：The apartments are not sign posted from the road at all and as it is tucked down a side road, this could have been an issue to find had it not been for reading a similar comment on a previous review. I thought it was a shame that there wasn't a local supermarket close by, the closest being approximately a 15 minute walk - fine on the way, but when you're bringing bags of food back, it's not so fun! I think they have plenty of space on the premises for have their own small supermarket.

Review 78：Very clean and comfortable apartments, the kitchen has everything you would need (except a sharp knife lol), great staff who are very accommodating and helpful. The area is beautiful and quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from a beautiful beach. A short walk to a bus stop for travel into Cannes (we stayed here for the Cannes Film Festival). Have booked again for next year!
