Review 1：The mattress was worn out. Very lumpy. Also there was noise from the bar downstairs. The room was stuffy. Car park too small - had to park on the road.

Review 13：Parking could've been an issue. I chose this hotel because of the parking then when I arrived there was no space (because the restaurant is so popular & busy). However, the very helpful receptionist moved her own car to ensure I did have parking overnight. Excellent service.

Review 65：There isn't an elevator and no ground floor guest rooms. This can prove difficult for a single person moving luggage or a person who has difficulty in going up and down stairs. No in-room telephones. If you need to contact a Manager you need to walk outside your room to a hall phone.
