Review 1：Wifi was very patchy in rooms at the end of the corridor, but at least the connection in the lobby area was good.

Review 2：Super location right in the center. Great breakfasts. Appreciated the laundry room. Pool and spa facilities were great.

Review 3：All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. There was lovely fruit and creamy scrambled egg for breakfast. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. We could watch the Australian Open tennis on the television.

Review 5：The kitchen in the room for just 100Euros for the week. It meant we were able to prepare our own breakfast, but have a maid service as well to clean the room, and make the bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely spa and pool area too.

Review 6：Everything, we loved it the pool, jacuzzi's, sauna, steam room & games room was - fantastic. I suspect quiet and relaxing in the Summer as we experienced and packed full of skiers in the winter a real after the slopes hotel. We will be going back!

Review 30：The price was high for what we received. Both Booking.com and the Nagano website state that the rooms have kitchenettes, which is true but they lock them and you can not use them unless you are staying for 7 nights or more. Therefore it was not possible to make tea and coffee.The internet in our room was terrible, it was not possible to pick up the wifi as the signal was so low, this could have been the room location. The spa was nice, but hot tubes not very hot, and when we went to use it in the morning everything was turned off. The bathroom shower curtain in front of the window had mold on it, and the bathrooms basic for the amount we paid, I would of expected higher quality.

Review 32：What a fantastic hotel! We spent 4 nights in Le Nagano. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we made contact, especially when we phoned in anticipation of a late arrival. Our room was warm and comfortable with a huge balcony. The location is amazing- just 2 minutes walk from the Chavannes lifts on the main street close to bars, shops and restaurants.. A brilliant choice for a weekend break ( or longer ) in Les Gets. 10/10
