The Hotel Kennedy, fully renovated in 2007, is located in the center of Perpignan and just 5 minutes from Le Palais des Rois de Majorque, a famous Catalan castle.

Review 1：The room was small and wasn't cleaned well. It looked a bit old (we stayed in Double room). If you're tight on budget however, this would be a nice option for a night.

Review 2：- Staff was very nice. Although they didn't speak English, but did all their best to answer our questions and providing some tourist information. - Good value for its money.

Review 4：The patron, Philippe, besides being an excellent host went way beyond the call of duty to help us with a potentially serious logistical problem. He and his team genuinely cared about about their clients, further demonstrated by the excellent service and content provided at breakfast. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Review 5：Unfortunately the room, desk and TV were a bit small. The owners did their best to accommodate me and tried putting a slightly bigger desk but it was still relatively small.

Review 7：The centrally operated aircondioning system was not working and our room was unbearably hot. We tried leaving the window open but the mosquitos were bitting so slept with a shut window in a warm room not the greatest for a good night's sleep!

Review 12：The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is basic, it had everything we needed and it isn't too far to walk to the centre ville. Breakfast was good and value for money. We had our dog with us and he was happily greeted by the staff, too! Great customer service--thank you!

Review 15：very nice place, the hotel is small but it has everything, the room is comfortable. we asked a quite room and we were given one that looked the calm small street. the supermarket is across the street. It is very calm like in the countryside. Receptionists are very friendly. The room is cosy, warm, everything is there - the soap, the shampoo, towels, TV, closet, table. The window is doubled.

Review 61：I booked this hotel after reading the booking.com description. I would never have booked it if I knew the truth. The one member of staff that we met was excellent and very helpful but that was as much as I liked. The hotel room was comfortable for the price that we paid but I couldn't get out quick enough in the morning. The hotel definitely is not soundproofed, I was awake all night, there was a neon sign outside out window that let off an incessant beep constantly, we could also hear the traffic all night and the neighbours in other rooms, even to the point of hearing them pull the loo roll from the holder! It quite clearly shows on the hotel sign that it is a 2 star hotel, however booking.com have it listed as a 3 star, it is situated in a very busy area, I wouldn't go back.

Also, the rooms were billed as sound proof but I could here the guests I'm the next room very very clearly through the air vent. However, as it was late and my last night I didn't complain so I did not give the hotel a chance to rectify the problem, I just popped in my ear plugs :-)
