Review 8：On arrival we couldn't check in as reception was closed. We booked last minute and so hadn't read the small print. You had to call in advance for an access code if arriving between certain hours during the day. Unfortunately there was no complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. Although still a good value stay.

Review 16：Kitchenette is a great idea, but it needed instructions for the hob (induction) - we never managed to get it to work. The microwave is dangerously too high, and one of us couldn't reach it. It's very very basic, and just a few more items would have transformed it: a couple of small bowls, a couple more glasses. Also needed: a tea towel, dishcloth and a drop of washing-up liquid. All simple to provide.

Review 17：This place is in a quiet spot and near to the airport. Being able to cook up our own meal and not have to go out and hunt down a restaurant is great. Lovely big double bed - very comfortable. Nice staff. Clean and fresh room. The double-bedded room was bigger and more comfortable than the twin room we'd had once before. Overall this is an excellent concept and great value for money.

There is no separation betweenthe shower and your bedroom, very awkward, and the shower had mold init, very disgusting.The taxi that the woman at the front desk called for us rescheduled twice and called my personal number to tell me not to be late because he won't wait for me.... He got my personal number because the woman at the front desk didn't want to deal with him! Only stayed one night and found another hotel in the area with better amenities, will use that one if I ever go back to France again.

Review 48：didn't get the room we thought we had booked. one of the photos is misleading as it looks as if its a two room apartment but its not. were able to change to 2 singles which were in fact identical to the double we had been given but with one set of towels. Quite a lot of noise from other guests but not the fault of the hotel. mould in the shower and smelly corridors. We stayed here instead of our usual place as it looked better but its not. We will cancel the booking for the return trip.

Review 50：Could not check in until 5 pm at weekends although our booking.com confirmation stated 3pm. Would use this hotel only as overnight for airport as it is quite a way out of the city on very congested road. There was a power cut at 1 am which lasted until after we left at 8 am. The rooms were in complete darkness and we had to dress and pack by the light of a mobile phone. The emergency lights in the corridor went out and we were unable to find the door to the stairs but managed to find the lift which was working. This was all quite worrying. Always take a torch!

Review 64：Late arrival help is timely. I traveled alone and arrived at hotelalready 10:30. Luckily I met a residence help me to get into thereception with a password code. When I called the emergency call, theline over there was helpful to find my key and room via safety box. Ittook me within 15 mins to solve the problem. I felt graceful. Finally Icheck incoming email and found the hotel did send me how to reach thesafety box to get the key and number when arrival late. I will recommendit to my friends.

Review 65：There does not seem to be any consistency between different Teneo suites. The Merignac units are not carpeted in the rooms and the cheap plastic chairs on the floor above your unit can easily be heard scraping the floor. The management are completely slack in respect of controlling smoking in the hotel. Guests smoke in the lift and in the corridors. Strangely , there were no fire evacuation signs in the chambre...or anywhere else that I could see.. and no information about the hotel in the room of any description.

Review 66：If you have a rendevous with the Bordeaux Airport...Teneo apartment hotel suites are a good option. Handy also for sightseeing around the region and a side trip to Cape Ferrat. Comfortable beds....and fresh linen.... The Petit dejeuner gets an okay tick..as did the WIFI, which worked faultlessly..well done Teneo!
