Reviews for Residence The Catalogne
Review 1:For an expensive accomodation there was a lack of basic services, such as toilet paper, towels, baby cot and sheets. We had to pay for all of these extra and they didn't even put the cot together, we found it folded on the floor when we arrived to the flat, no sheets even included. Also, they tried to convince us to check-out even sooner than the time established upon reservation (which in theory is 10am, they tried to push it for 9:30 - both check-out times too soon anyway!). AND, you are supposed to leave the flat not only clean, but with an empty dishwasher (which didn't work!), empty bin and everything in its place! Honestly, should I trust the previous guests and eat from plates and drink from cups they washed themselves? I don't think so! Not when I am paying more than 250€ per night! Won't come back for sure...
Review 2:Location
Review 3:Generally an okay place for a stop, I don't like the "extra's" like having to pay for towels, it always seems a bit penny pinching, the front desk was very rarely manned but the member of staff we saw was excellent. The apartment was a bit dated, and although the details implied that there were two toilets there were in fact just one, no cleaning products resulted in us doing the washing up with shampoo!
Review 4:Staff were excellent and very helpful, the apartment was very clean and the balcony was a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by
Review 5:A quality build when built but now in desperate need of upgrading and refurb. Much of the lounge furniture passed sell by date Need more comfort seating Lighting poor with green flock wallpaper 2nd bedroom too small for double bed Why need to pay for wifi
Review 6:Great views need to be above 3rd floor. Spacious apartment Great location for skiing and town Beds very comfortable No lack of heating or hot water
Review 7:A perfect apartment to have for skiing all day and just sleeping in at night. Staff were helpful, happy and accommodating. The spartment was well located close to everything, had carparking and great views but wasn't a comfy place to snuggle up and relax in after a long day skiing. The furniture was basic and uninviting. However, it was well priced, well located and a great last-minute find.
Review 8:The location is very good for accessing the slopes and ski shops, plus restaurants.
Review 9:old building with very old equipment. Dirty. For all services need to pay i.e. car parc , internet conection, etc-very expecive
Review 10:comfortable and well equipped and a good location. Friendly and helpful proprietor
Review 11:The apartment was quite dated and worn and in need of renovation. Also we were surprised by the fact that we were required to clean it afterwards, or pay a 65 Euro fee.
Review 12:The staff were very friendly and welcoming and did their best to accommodate all of our needs. The location was only 5 minutes walk from the slopes and whilst it was a long way if carrying skis, boots, etc, due to the reasonably priced ski lockers on the slopes this isn't necessary.
Review 13:A little pricey Charging for extras (Eg: parking 15 € per night! Wifi 6€ per device and towels 4€ per person)
Review 14:Well equipped Very clean Spacious Great views Hot showers
Review 15:Warm, clean and spacious with a lovely view.
