Review 1：Normal condiments. Tea coffee but no coffee in room was informed I would need to go do hotel bar in morning for coffee which I did but was charged

Review 9：Would never stay here again! Very difficult to find-- no signs and GPS unable to locate. It's in a horrible location in the middle of nowhere--car lots and everything is closed. There are now stores, restaurants or anything and hotel restaurant was also closed. There was no one even at the desk when we arrived. Bed was super hard and extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub was cold and gross. Room small with view of parking lot. Hard to believe this is 4 stars. A dump. No reason to ever stay here again.

Review 17：The surroundings are a bit too anonymous, and indeed (not hotel fault though) my TomTom gps couldn't find exactly the place, so I had to drive in circles before finally locating the hotel. Maybe some more signs could help.

First drove by the hotel 3 times looking for it asdid not expect it to be an ugly building in the middle of a horribleindustrial park next to a noisy motorway with dodgy people in the fieldsnearby. Room was dirty, shabby and tiny. The hotel was empty and stillgiven a room with a view of my car and a wall. The pool looked great inthe pictures and when we got there it was so tiny and cold, that wecould not use it. Even it was a hot day there was no privacy as it wasright by the reception. The pictures on their website make it look 100times better than it really is. They spend a lot on advertising, somakes the hotel seem better than it is. I normally always give goodratings but I really think this was over stated, perhaps pay people togive good reviews. Anything else...oh yeah...the hotel male receptionistgave me sinister nods and we left and came with no smiles. This was myninth hotel this year and by far worst. Look for something in the citycentre....oh we went to the wrong hotel at first and they were sohelpful and friendly to help us find this one. Wish we had stayed atHotel De France, instead!

Review 72：Well - what a difference a night makes. My wife and I went down to breakfast - two women were 'chatting' in the reception area. We walked through to the restaurant and decided to place ourselves on the first table. We were hurridly joined by a lady who told us we couldn't sit there and showed us to the buffet area behind the wine store. We began to sit there when 'no' we couldn't sit there either and we had to get up and be shown back to where we started but this time to the 2nd table from the entrance. We got up to get coffee and pointed out that there were no cups by the coffee machine - just small white jugs - we asked again for cups and the jugs were pointed out again. So we poured our coffee in them as instructed - this, the waitress found quite funny - when we got back to the table coffee was already on the table in cups - Unfortunately we couldn't see a funny side.After a very nice breakfast while my wife packed our overnight bag I went to settle the bill - Reception was empty - I sat in an armchair opposite reception and waited - after a few minutes another woman arrived and began tidying the reception area until another couple arrived to settle their bill. When they left I asked if I could be served - sorry but she didn't see me - I am 140Kg - difficult to miss. I settled the bill and asked if she could let me know the managers name - she wrote it on the bill and asked if I enjoyed my stay - I said up until the morning it was really very nice but the morning was to say the least, poor. Probably understandably I didn't get a smile. I had intended to write to the manager about our experience but this email will do instead.

Review 73：All the facilities were excellent - we had the advantage of a room on the upper part of the ground floor and as my knee was hurting after the drive from Southern Spain it really helped. On checking in the staff were faultless. Dinner was an unexpected 5* experience. We had chosen the hotel purely based on location between Spain and UK but the restaurant would make us return whenever we could - Great. The Head waiter was helpful without being obtrusive and in my opinion would be able to hold his own in any 5* diner anywhere in the world. We especially liked the wine waiter who made the evening very pleasant - friendly and knowledgeable. I would single out those two, but the other staff that evening were all so very good - helpful, friendly and happy.

What a surprise the tap worked as soon as the bottles ran out. The showers were terrible as the holders were not able to support them.

Fitness suite. We used this hotel as a stop-over on our way back from Spain - it was perfect, 5 min from the motorway and very easy to find.

Review 99：The location is awful, it backs onto the main dual carriageway and approached by an idustrial road. The bed was uncomfortable and the dotted lights displayed behind the main mirror could only be switiched off if you switched all the power off in the room. Bad and stupid design. Bathroom was small and pokey. You could not shower standing under the shower head as it sprayed across the bath, you had to shower with the head hand held. Trying to plug the kettle in was impossible on the desk as the plug sockets were wrongly aligned. Tea making facilities included awful Chinese tea with no milk or coffee. The restaurant and breakfast is way over priced.
