Review 1：The only good thing about this hotel is the location, other than that everything was really bad. WiFi was really bad, the room was dirty even after they clean it, some lights in the room were not working. You can't control the Ac because it is centrally controlled. No kettle in the room. The room might be spacious in the parisian standards but don't expect a huge room. Walls are so thin we could hear the next room, also the roof was very thin we could hear people walking all the time.

Review 7：Wifi was non-existent in the room, and slow in the lobby. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking in the next rooms. The street seems to have a club on it because there was loud yelling and cars revving ALL NIGHT. We were woken up at 4 am by some very impressive and loud engines revving and roaring under our window. If you are concerned about security don't stay here: the night clerk gave us our room key without checking ID (so basically anyone could have walked into our rooms while we were out). A maintenance person painting the doors DID walk into our room while we were out (he left tape on the inside of our room). Also, the lights in the hallways are on motion detectors that are very slow, so every time we approached our door it was in the dark. The lights in the stairwell did not work, a complete safety hazard. The night clerk was more concerned with his TV show than being helpful.

Review 8：The location was fantastic, close to the Champs d'Elysee. The room was clean and the decor was nice, on the dark side, but pleasant. In-room safe (a very good thing since the security and safety was so lax). All white bathroom felt very clean. The windows opened so we could look onto the street (a mixed blessing). TVs in the room and bathroom. Two out of the three staff were pleasant and helpful. Very nice to have an elevator for our bags, even though we were on the first floor.

Review 9：Breakfast too expensive 15 euro each and not satisfying.. I would suggest to spend 9/10 euro in one of the closest coffee bar where you can have English breakfast with eggs, bread and butter, juice..

Review 11：We were a group of cyclist travelling from London to Paris for a charity bike ride and this hotel very kindly confirmed by email that they could store our bikes for 1 night. When we arrived at the hotel we couldn't believe how close to the Champs Elysees it really was - which was a great relief to us after cycling 70 miles that day! The hotel staff were friendly enough. The reception was very pleasant and the rooms were much nicer than we expected them to be! The showers were roomy and hot and the bedrooms weren't a bad size for a central Paris hotel. Breakfast was too pricey at €14 so we found a street cafe nearby, of which there were plenty to chose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

Review 87：the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor.

The bathroom seems clean but the bathtub is always leaking when you get a shower because there is only a slice of a glass and never stops the water running out to the floor. So you can not completely feels as comfortable as it should be.

Review 89：Just a minute walk away from the Champ-Elysees and very central location. You can access metro and buses very quickly. The reception is helpful but not so much friendly. Speaks English but with a limited scope (as in common in French hotels unfortunately). There was an iron and an ironing table in the closet and we found it very useful. The room was facing the back side so it was quite and comfortable even it is in a very central street. There are 2 shops very close to the hotel and a food corner just next door.
