This residence, in an estate of 220 hectares, set in the Vosges Mountains, is 150 feet from the ski slopes of La Bresse. It has a restaurant and offers apartments with a balcony.
The soundproofed apartments feature views of the forest and the ski slopes and include a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and satellite channels. All apartments have en suite bathrooms and Wi-Fi access is available at an additional cost.
Each apartment comprises a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a dining area. Traditional French cuisine is proposed in the residence’s restaurant.
Free, private parking is available on site and the Lake of Gérardmer is 11.8 miles away. Munster is a 30-minute drive away. In the surrounding area you will find 17 skilifts and 32 ski slopes including several blue, green and red runs and a black run. Shuttles to Bresse are available on school holidays from December to February.

Review 1：the immediate site on a grey gravel parking place, further away everything was beautiful

Review 3：No email responsiveness ahead, had to pick up the key 8km down the road in la bress since it was 18:15 and the reception closed; wifi was free but barely existing in sense of connectivity; beds are made for people below 180cm

Review 9：If you plan mainly to enjoy nature the location is excellent. still when you plan to combine some city touring the closets city is 1 hour drive a way. but in general we enjoyed our stay there and loved morning and the after noon walks near the lakes in the area.
Review 10：Internet for a weekend - 8 euro and weak signal. Final cleaning to be done yourself or pay additional price. But these are just small nuances, we are sure to return anyway!
Review 11：We liked being close to the nature and far away from busy streets. The apartment is well equipped. We had a surprise upgrade for a bigger apartment with a nice balcony and a view over the mountain. And the price was excellent for 3 nights we stayed! Good that we took the towels, bed linen from home as these are not included. Generally we had a very good stay!
Review 12：Information prior to arrival is not sufficient. On arrival the reception turned out to be closed for lunch. We had to wait for 1,5hours for somebody to return. This was not mentioned in any document we received prior to our stay. Also not informing customers of towels and sheets not being included and charging 24 euro for use of a set of sheets and towels for 2 persons is ridiculous. Second, the hotel is very unflexible with helping their customers out. I made a mistake in the booking. I booked 1 day too much. So at the reception I asked if it was possible to cancel this last night. They agreed, but said i had to contact booking.com to cancel it. So i called Booking.com and they needed confirmation from the hotel to cancel. Then the hotel made into a "not possible to cancel" with the reason that cancellations are only accepted 7 days before arrival. While i booked only 5 days before arrival. I think this is old school hotel thinking. I booked 5 days before arrival, why stick me to the 7 days cancellation rule than? Time to adjust to a new way of doing business!!

Review 16：The fact that we were not advised at the time of booking that we had to bring towels, toiletries, cleaning products. It is all available at reception for an inflated price. The staff member said "we are apartments, not a hotel". We are well travelled and have stayed in many, many apartments and have not had to pay for a cleaning sponge to wipe down the kitchen table.

The Fine Print
Guests have unlimited access to the swimming pool at La Bresse, located 5 miles from the residence. Spa treatments are available at a supplement.Please note that the swimming pool will be closed from 07 March 2016.Please note a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival.Guests are kindly requested to clean the apartment before departure. Cleaning fees might occur if this has not been done properly.Please note that the reception is closed on Wednesdays. If you plan on arriving on a Wednesday, please contact the property 1 day before arrival.Bed linen is included in the price between 13 December and 30 April. Towels are available at an extra cost.
