Review 1：Any complaints weren't dealt with. Hadto pay for clean bed linen. Stayed for a month and if iI wanted the room clean i had to pay. Found bed bugs in the bed and wardrobe. The bed was ununcomfortable

Review 3：We have spoken at length to booking.com about how terrible this place was. Website does not accurately reflect the hotel condition. There is no 24 he hotel reception. We arrived at midnight and waited over an hour to get into our filthy hot room with broken air conditioner. This is just a couple of things from a long list of disappointments.

Review 8：Without a car, the location is ridiculously hidden. Busstop is 10 minutes walking through a not so safe road where cars pass you by speeding. The decor of the hotel is outdated, this I can tell because I have been to many AppartCity residences that are new and modernized. Lastly, I stayed a week at the residence. Normally during a weeks stay at AppartCity you always receive a cleaning,( change of bed linen, towels etc), have received it at numerous cities in France, but in Merignac I did not receive it. I think normally it's a house rule but there was no follow-up. Disappointing..... I didn't say anything to avoid being rude but maybe I should have.

Review 9：Staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The only positive thing about the location is that it's very quiet at night since it is in an industrial territory. Close to the airport so easy to arrive. Internet works very well, both cable as wifi. Cleanliness on arrival seemed ok. Nice shopping center near the hotel, just a 5 minute bus-ride away. Kitchen has all you need for a decent meal if you're creative.

Review 10：The gate was close no access after 20.00 pm. Mans going around the lobby, people smoking in the lobby. Room awful room. Couldn't get our second key so we all had to sleep in tyni bed. All of us. Will not recommended at all.

Review 19：The ease of access and communications. In 2 min to the ring of the city and all free highways, in 20 min by car (or airport bus) to the center of Bourdeaux. I just didn´t notice noise of the airport at night. During the day I was not in the apartment.

Review 25：I didn't like the way the receptionist reacted to my complaintsabout the awfull smell of dampness and toilet odours in our room. Thecarpet in the main bedroom was all wet and sticking to our feet. Thesheets were clean but the smell on the room was so bad that I wasaffraid for my young boy who suffers from asthma, the phone wasn'tworking and the pictures shown on the website didn't match thereality, they were misleading, I am even thinking in file a complaintwith the health and safety agency in France. When I complained was askedif I wanted a deodorant spray, there wasn't any interest shown inchecking the bedroom or provide us with other bedroom, we just stayedbecause we were very tired and do not have any other hotel availablejust like that. The other thing was that in the website we were promisedcar park, well in fact, we had to pay for it and were told first thatthere were no parking places available onlychanging her mind because wewere already inside gates. It was the worst hotel I had the bad luck ofstaying in, really shameless guys. Dont go there please.

Review 61：My name is Geoff Aird and my wife and I stayed in Room 421 on Wednesday 11th June. The settee/sofa was infested with fleas and we ended up covered in horrible flea bites. Absolutely disgusted with this! We paid in advance and would like a full refund to compensate for this disgusting experience. Would never stay there again.

The apartment was a fantastic size, with plenty of room for the family to enjoy a fantastic nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless, it even had a bath!! Review 87：The rooms smell badly. The condition of the rooms etc are poor. Would try and avoid staying there again. We stayed during an exhibition in Bordeaux and were extremely over charged for the rooms.

There was hair on the floor in the bathroom (that remained there despite the cleaners doing their rounds the following day). The shower was broken. The list is endless. In terms of location it is very close to the airport but in an industrial park. Without food in the hotel - you would need to travel to find restaurant.....even water as the drinks machine ran out of water bottles! I would never choose to go back to this hotel. Cannot believe that you have rated it a 3 star!

Review 90：No wifi in the rooms. The bed is a sofa bed and not very confortable.You should walk at least 5mn to the bus #1 station. Breakfast isexpensive 9.5 euros while in a hotel in center Bordeaux it is at 5.6.
