Review 1：Very little to not like! Jacuzzi could have been a bit warmer but sauna and steam room were great. Don't get to breakfast too early as hot food came out a little later.

Review 4：The hotel is overall very nice and friendly staff , next to the slope and easy to walt to town and the slopes. We had half board and this was not a disappointment. The dinner was very good, with exceptional desserts our kids love them.

Review 5：Breakfast was disappointing, small portions but good quality. Our room was not on the main building, we had to go through the garden. Toiletries could be improved.

Review 12：Breathtaking view from the balcony facing the valley, watching sunrise lighting up mountain peaks one by one was my morning treat. The dinner was fantastic (service AND food that is), and the breakfast was out of this world, there was every type of breakfast food one can possibly think of, can't think of anything that could have made it better in any way. We only stayed one night which we regretted, we missed our chance to try the indoor pool or go up Mount Cherie in a cable car, but at least got a glimpse of the village and people going downhill on mountain bikes after having gone up the hill in a lift, during out one hour walk after breakfast. Les Gets is fantastic in summer, and we would love to revisit it in winter one day. Oh, and probably worth mentioning- we had the pleasure of parking the car in the hotel garage, a first! To sum it up- excellent experience throughout, not a single thing to improve or complain about (and NO, I am NOT a co-owner :) )

Review 14：The "Christmas light hotel" with blue lights on the roof had good breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Good rooms. Nice view from breakfast room. Shorth walk to the cute little city of Les Gest with many restaurant/pubs and stores.

Review 15：The breakfast is boring, we stayed for 6 nights and other than last nights leftover desserts on the table, it was exactly the same every morning. It is served until 9:30am and if you were one of the later guests the selection of food had dramatically depleted. The coffee is out of machines and pretty average. Due to the very hot weather it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the rooms. As it was we had to open the patio doors to try and get some air to the room, heavy machinery was using the road very early in the morning as well as lots of motorbikes late at night and as such sleep was a bonus!

Review 16：The location of the hotel is in a beautiful area. The mountain biking, lake, walking etc. were all wonderful. The kids loved the hotel swimming pools.

Review 17：This is really picky of me but the only things I really noticed was, there needs to be a bigger bin in the room. The only one was the bathroom bin and it was too small. The curtains could shut better. I don't know if it's down to regulations but a kettle on the room would be good. Apart from that we where impressed with everything.

Review 18：The room was big loads of room for us and our bikes. The bed was very comfy which isn't always the case. The hotel is in a good location for cycling.

Review 21：We did not have in any way at all what might be called a bad experience. We did think that the dining staff might have been a little more relaxed about letting us linger over breakfast and supper. Having worked in a hotel, I think that even tho' it might be slightly annoying, you do have to remember that people are on holiday and spending significant sums of money !

Review 25：Didn't enjoy the rubberised mattress covers which rendered us far too hot. Size of our third bed wasn't really full adult size. Temperature in newly commissioned dining room was yet to get under control, being stiflingly hot at window tables with radiators below.

Food, views, staff fantastic, albeit a bit too much on a daily basis for what was supposed to be a healthy as well as active holiday. Bear, animal related decor quirky and amusingly appropriate at this time of year. Would recomm nd it and go again!

Review 28：The location was within a very short walk of the slopes for this excellent mountain hotel, thus making it a great place for a ski holiday. We took out the half board option which made for excellent value for money. The food was typically very good and where we needed to venture off menu to satisfy some of our party, it was no problem. The generosity and quality of the cheese and dessert course meant that losing any weight was a non starter. The rooms were comfortable, modern (we stayed in the main hotel) and the wifi strong. Sadly the skiing was limited by the poor conditions but the sun shone and the hotel was at least a comfortable haven when it eventually turned to rain.

Review 29：Since there was an uncharacteristic lack of snow this Christmas, we wanted to sleep in a bit, but the hotel maids tend to start knocking on doors at 8:30am. Maybe some "do not disturb" signs would be nice! Other than that... no complaints!

Review 30：Great location for skiing, cosy warm atmosphere, simple but very clean rooms. Staff were so hard-working and friendly. The dinners we enjoyed in the restaurant were excellent and showcased some local Savoyard dishes. The selection of desserts was incredible. Pool, hot tub and free wifi were a nice bonus.

Review 32：We stayed in the family room. It is ideal for a family with 2 kids. Room is quite big. It is very close to the lifts. We used the small pool and the sauna. It was a little small but OK for us. There is a bigger pool they said but it was in the other building. Wi-fi speed was very good. Breakfast was good. We had the dinner in the hotel also. We were satisfied.

Review 33：The price on Booking.com was more than that advertised on the hotel's board outside the property (79€ for room #26). The confirmation email stated we had secured the room at the best possible price of 'approx €90.91'. Yet the price increased yet again to €100 when I came to pay at departure, even though nothing extra had been added by us during our stay. Yes exchange rates vary, but as an avid watcher of the Euro (for business reasons) they have not changed to that degree over the set period of time this transaction covered. As an ex hotel owner it is not good customer service for the hotel to pass on any commission payable by the company to a search engine website. There was always a strong smell of chlorine from the swimming pool Waitress service for tea & coffee during breakfast would have been nice instead of total self service, considering how smart the hotel is.

Review 34：Excellent location within the village of Les Gets, which we know very well. It is tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and the staff that we encountered were very helpful. Lovely views from the restaurant. Dog friendly.

Review 35：Do not stay there! Carpets filty and stained! Smell of damp and smoke. Double bed bedhead broken off so could not sleep in bed! Bathroom light broken! When told staff, we were told there was no one to fix problems. Hotel refusing to give a refund. Booking.com no help with refund!

Review 36：The room did not have a fridge, which meant we ended up eating out for lunch and dinner. Also, next time I would spend more money on a larger room - we had the standard family room which meant we were all in one space together - just a bit too close for comfort!

Review 81：It's winter oriented hotel (just exactly as Les Gets itself) - quite strange to see all these raindeers and window lightning in summer. Staff seemed to be rather relaxed, reception used to be empty quite often (and with room keys hanging right in front of the main entrance it didn't seem very safe either).
