Review 1：Friendly reception and the first frenchman that didn't automatically switch to English but suffered through my terrible french. When I fumbled for words she helped me translate and continue in French. We both had great fun. The proprietor had just taken over the hotel and was therefor eager and friendly making sure that I had a good stay.

Review 8：Located just a ten minute walk from the city centre, the welcome wasfriendly, and my schoolboy French got me by. The hotel was clean, dryand warm with no unpleasant odours hanging around, Bedding was fresh andcomfortable, towels changed daily, the bathroom was functional and thewater hot. The room had basic fittings only. Breakfast was typicallycontinental and as much as you wanted. Coffee, croissants, cereals etc.,etc.. Madame et Monsieur were most obliging and allowed me to park mycar in their personal space behind the building - at no extra charge.The low price per room compensated for any shortcomings.
