Review 1：Staff could do with some customer training and maybe smile wouldn't go a miss .

Review 2：I stayed here for 3 nights and location is about the only thing I liked really, not a warm friendly place to stay . Felt like I wasent that welcome there.I will need to return to the area but won't stay here .

Review 3：Bad wireless connection in the rooms in the end of the hall. Water from the shower corner was leaking into the bathroom.

Review 4：Good position near Highway if it's just for overnight. Peaceful, not noisy. Very nice breakfast on the terrace.

Review 7：I considered breakfast to be a bit expensive at 9,50€ per person on top of the room price. Kitchen was Closed at 22:00 when we got there.

Review 8：Room was clean, access in and out of the hotel was easy even without the staff. WiFi worked good.

Review 9：Wifi didn't work very well - seemed to only get limited access which was very annoying. Shower arrangement not good with just a hand held hose attached to the bath taps - side tables and lamps by bed could be improved - lamp shades were all peeling off. Breakfast okay but coffee cold.

Review 11：The Receptionist was offhanded, the room was tiny but clean. We ate at the restaurant and my meal was dried out prawns on dried out ravioli and it felt like lunch's leftovers overheated once again. 17€ was charged for that privilege. My husband's fish dish was very good. The Maitre D was so serious one might call him unpleasant.

Review 15：The stairways and corridors are rather tired, stuffy, and dingy - not that that would really spoil anyone's stay, but it creates a poor impression.

Review 17：I had an unpleasant experience with this hotel. I arrived slightly after 23:00 in a stormy night, and found that there was nobody at the front desk to give me a room. The automatic key machine outside was also broken. Some guests tried to call the "night emergency" number for me, but it only went to the front desk and reached no one! The funny thing is, the girl who helped me accidentally left her key in the room and locked herself out, but there was absolutely nobody we could reach to open the rooms. Isn't it strange that at a hotel which has a sign "24h/7 jours" outside, you cannot reach anyone in charge when there is emergency at night? So the girl had to stay at other people's room and I had to sleep in my car. :( They refused to refund me the next day saying it is their policy (only gave me breakfast). Ridiculous!

Review 38：The elder service person is not hospitality. The location is far from the shopping center and very far to the factory I visited. It takes half an hour by taxi, which takes around Euro60, similar as the hotel room charge.

Review 44：'Comfort' was far from the truth! The information stated that the rooms all had air conditioning which is not true. It had been 33 degrees during the day and the room was stiffiling! There is no Tea or Coffee or water to drink in the room. As I was gasping for a drink during the night, I tried the mixer tap in the bathroom on the cold setting which was very warm so had to wait parched until breakfast, there is no vending machines. As it was hot, all windows were open and I had a loud snoorer and a smoker below that kept me awake.

Many flies & wasps on the foods especially on the fish and blueberry tarts. Whilst entertaining the cleaner in the reception had a "paddy" with the hoover cord.

Review 56：Stayed on route to South of France. On arrival the staff were very friendly and relaxed. As we arrived late we were told Chef not working on that day but they put on a cold buffet, which was nice. We sat outside to our own enjoyment including wifi. Room was quiet, clean & comfortable for 1 night. Parking is gated and secure.
