Review 1：When you are paying these prices and being charged an extra adult supplement for a 14 year old I expect the hotel to put up the sofa bed and not to come back and have to do it ourselves! Also to charge 15€ each for paying guests to use the spa is not good pr.

Review 2：There were 2 adults and our 14 year old son in our room so we had to pay for a suite which was very spacious with good facilities. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

Review 3：Had to pay to use the spa and only for 45 minutes! The bath towels weren't even big enough for a midget. Wi-fi was not reliable and often went off in the middle of me doing something. The buffet was VERY expensive at €25 a head. The salad starter was very nice, but the main course was awful. Gritty, fatty steaks, cold turkey, not fish except prawns, and a concoction of horrible looking mushed vegetables all cold. Couldn't eat it. The hotel manager was extremely rude when I rang up to find out the cost of the spa and he told me, and I said wow that's a lot, and he said, well that's your opinion!! Hardly something that a hotel manager should say... There was nowhere comfortable to sit in the evening, as the chairs were very old and tired looking, in fact the whole hotel needs updating. Wouldn't recommend going in the winter months, but summer can sit by the pool, and walk to beach though it is quite a walk from the back of the hotel, and the hotel charges for the chairs!! They even want a deposit for the safe deposit box which I have never heard of. Be careful if you are in bathroom and husband opens door, he caught the knob of door in my back as not much space.

Review 4：Staff were very nice, except for the manager who never smiled once or looked at us. He did upgrade our room as was our anniversary. It was a nice size, bright room with a kitchenette but no pans, cutlery or plates, so goodness knows what one was supposed to do if you wanted to cook something. We didn't bother to ask as had brought our own travelling kettle anyway.

Review 7：Main restaurant not particularly a warm and inviting atmosphere. Due to the time of the year, a few bars were closed, a little feeling of a ghost town as a large complex but very few people. Room decor and fixtures and fittings looking a little tired.

Review 8：Staff were great, helpful and warm. A convenient location and close to the equestrian centre. Beach and pool were superb. Spa and treatments were quality. Breakfasts were OK.

Review 9：On our arrival, even though we booked a double bed, we were given 2single. (Married couple with a baby!!)but promtly they changed our roomonly because available! Poor selection of food at the pool bar. Sodiverting you either to restaurant (not very cheap) or the buffet whichmeans 28 euro pp!

Review 18：This hotel is faded glory and looks tired in every way. The rooms need a refurbishment and the airco should work on warm days. Additional facilities are only open from June 20th till October 1st. Apparently not sufficient to make enough money to maintain this four star rated hotel on its feet.

Large and comfortable room, very clean, lovely pool, nice beach right nearby, great sports facilities...Everything was first rate and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Price was higher than other hotels in the area but quite reasonable given the quality of the hotel in general.

Review 21：Poor value for money - have stayed in much nicer hotels for cheaper. Rooms were a bit dated. Some staff not very friendly. Spa smelly. Serious lack of taxis in local area. This meant waiting a long time to get a taxi. Hotel isolated.
