Review 1：Good location, close to the beach, close to Cannes (5 min driving), close to bakery and mini-market (5 min on foot). You can have 1 day trips to Saint Tropez, Monaco, Grasse (the owner gave us maps and tips). Free parking in the yard. Good wifi in all areas.

Review 2：With temperatures in the high 30's a rubberised/plastic mattress protector was not at all comfortable.

Review 5：While the hotel is at about 20 minutes walking distance to the beach, it's a beautiful scenic walk by the Siagne so we didn't mind at all. There are several low-to-midrange restaurants and a hypermarket nearby, which is important for travelling on a budget. The staff are very nice and helpful and our room has been kept impeccably clean. I would love to stay at the Capsol again!

Review 7：Landlord was kind enough to find time and pick my friends and I from a seaside as we got lost on our way and stressed that if we don't get to destination on time we will lose the place. There was another information center 10 minutes away which was very helpful in cases of questions of trying to get around. The hotel room was clean, fresh, well facilitated and the swimming pool was a cherry on top!

Review 10：Advertised 800m from the beach not Advertised as having a pool - attheir other hotel several blocks walk away. Parking was very squeesy forthe amount of rooms. You would only go there if you were driving.Breakfast coffee was terrible and I love my coffee in the morning.

Review 21：The hotel is advertised as having a pool but there was no pool in sight. We did ask about the pool and were going to be shown where it was but got distracted. We walked the perimeter of the hotel and could not find it. It is possible the pool is not on site and is shared with a neighbouring property.

Review 22：The location of this hotel suited our needs. It was a short walk (20 minutes) to the beach, a short walk to restaurants in the town centre, and close to the bus stop to Cannes.

No pool on site it was in another block around the corner and a long walk( or drive) with your towel as road was closed. we did not use it as it was too much trouble. I only booked this accomadation above others of similar price because it had a pool. We arrived at 3:30pm to be told room was not ready and to come back in 2 hours not really what you want to hear when you have a long drive and are hot and tired.

Next day at reception after asking about cookingequipment was asked what we needed and was given it from breakfast room.Asked about microwave to be told there was no microwave in studios eventhough it was on booking info. Said we could use the one in thebreakfast room - only open during certain times. After much discussionshe said she would try and find one but we would be liable if anydamage. When we asked for the code for free wifi that was available inreception at first told no free wifi, again pointed to booking formagain after much discussion she passed over lan cable to plug intolaptop, said this wasnt wifi and asked for code so I could access frommy phone. Told she couldnt give us code. Eventually after a lot ofdiscussion she phoned and got code. Asked where pool was , given map andtold pool on another property that was around the block . Went to lookat pool which was in fact very attractive but the information and photoswhen booking leaves you to believe that the pool is on the propertywhere you are staying. The information and photos are very misleading.It is the info for the combination of 2 properties to give an impressionof more superior accomodation than in reality it actually is. If I hadbooked the studio on the basis that it had very limited cookingfacilities,no pool and overlooked a very tired looking garden then Iwould not have been disappointed. It was cleaned daily and had a nicebathroom. As it is I would not recommend it from the present descriptionon the websites as it gives a completely false impression.

Review 31：The studio is not equipped for self catering. It does not have a microwave contrary to the website description, it does have a 2 ring hob, but no equipment to use it. I had to buy a saucepan just to make a cup of tea. There was no cutlery of any sort, and minimal crockery.

Review 32：As there was no microwave, the proprietor let me use the one in the breakfast room, which was kind of her; but the reception was not often open at the times I wanted to eat. There were restaurants and takeaways nearby, the beach is a very pleasant 20 min walk away, there is a convenience store 5 min walk away, and a large supermarket 10 min walk in the other direction in the centre of Mandelieu.
