Review 1：The Guest house is very difficult to find. It smelt of smoke and was ina very poor state of repair and my room had the radiator on flat out andwas much too hot, even on a cold November's evening.In the morning I had a shower in a very compact shower cubicle, whilst washing my hair my elbow caught the mixer tap and flicked it around to HOT and scolded my face and chest - VERY DANGEROUS. Then breakfast of the deep fat fried variety, sitting at a breakfast bar with the cooker next to it. Breakfast was served swimming in fat and grease - disgusting! Left and went to my appointments stinking a fried food. I would not recommend this establishment..

Review 3：Room very small, we both couldn't fit on the bed, tv had no ariel or remote to it, shower could not be adjusted as it had a piece missing. Smelt of smoke on arrival and then of weed when we came back in !! Funny smell in whole place overall. No proper heating and the 'free' toiletries are small bars of soap. Does not look anything like the pictures that advertise it. Will never go back, however my partner and I where able to see the funny side of the situation which helped

Review 5：There was a problem with our room, the replacement was unacceptable, and we actually had to move to a 'sister' hotel. This wasted lots of time. It was also very difficult to find in the first place, although close to the high street. Also, there were no choices given for breakfast.
Review 6：The main saving grace was the friendliness of the 'staff' (ie, one person!!). He couldn't do enough for us.
Review 7：The B&B was run down and not clean. The toilet didn't flush properly and fittings were very old. Towels had holes and carpet dirty. Worst bit was bed bugs crawling on matress, pillows etc at night! Left before risking breakfast.
Review 8：Room for 2 people was much too small. No storage space for clothes. Wash basin was too small. Shower unit in poor condition. No lift to upper floors was available (this should have been made clear on the website)

Review 10：The gaffa taped toilet seat, the unvaccumed floor, the sultana in the sink, the fact that I turned up and they hadn't got a record of my booking and kept the print out , which luckily I had with me, confirming my stay from booking.com.
Review 11：The gentleman who was working at the hotel that evening was very friendly, and kept offering me a hot drink. The manager, on the phone, was not as friendly although he did authorise the staff member to give me a room - which was a relief as it was just before 11pm in an area I didn't know.
Review 12：There was no where to park the car for free. The car park outside says 24 hours so if you pay at 6pm it should take you to 6pm next day. This car park doesnt as it runs out at midnight and you have to move the car downstairs for overnight parking! Having to pay £10 a day to park up was appalling!

Review 22：Cleanliness was very poor and there was a filthy,stained and worn electric heater. Poor finishes to wood and paint work. Small Double Bed pushed against the wall. No hairdryer or toiletries. Kitchen / Diner was part of the thoroughfare and worktops absolutely worn out. Strong acrid smell of cigarette smoke and onions from about 11pm on our last night got into our room so we had to place the bathmat towel at the bottom of the door, run the extractor fan and have our window open all night. We then had to use the same towel on our last morning as no clean towels left on third day. The smell could not have come from the restaurant downstairs as they were closing up as we arrived back. Had they not taken the full amount for our stay before our arrival we would have walked out on the first night. We did not eat breakfast as we felt the facilities were not acceptable. Every night we could smell cigarette smoke when we passed room 10. Not a pleasant stay. Should be removed from your site until the place is renovated to a good standard.

Review 24：Extremely hard to find. The entrance is off the Marks and Spencer car park entrance to the left. I drove down Broadway several times and ended up asking at Travelodge next door before I found it.
