Review 1：Everything is good. If I have to say a bad a thing, maybe the air conditioning is not fully silent... but I'm maybe too much sensible to this.

Review 2：It has been recently renewed. Everything is smelling new :) The girl who is at reception during night, she is very kind. Tot és nou de trinca!

Review 3：Was staing 3 days, have neither cleaning no towels change during this period.Very poor GYM and cold sauna as well.The standard room have even no water spoiler and cups, however the iron and vacuum cleaner exist (does it mean i have to clean my room by myself?),no simply slipers indeed.The bed is also too small(don't believe to web site pictures).

Review 4：Good position. Close either to city centre or underground station.Quiet and well designed.Modern WC and shower facilities.

Review 5：Only downside was the presence of a group of 'tramps' with their dogs on the corner opposite. Nothing to do with the hotel but for me a bit off putting.

Review 10：so convenient for cyclists on the Canal du Midi and across the road from le Gare. staff were very helpful in looking after bikes and panniers. breakfast was self serve and most enjoyable...great selection and fresh.

Review 11：No bottled water in room and not possible to buy any from the reception area. No glass in the bathroom for rinsing teeth after brushing or to have a drink. No handsoap in bathroom, only mini bottles of shower gel. Very noisy aircon/ventilation system, I did not sleep well.

Review 13：There was not a single glass or cup in the room. We had to buy plastic cups to drink water. Staff said we could "borrow" some from the breakfast room.

Review 15：We had to throw away the trash by ourselves each night which was troublesome. There is the laundrette in the hotel but it only accepts credit card but not coins. Since our credit card was not accepted by the machine, we had to take our laundry to the laundrette out of the hotel. It spent us much more time waiting.

Review 16：Just opposite the railway station and is close to two supermarkets and many eateries. Love the kitchen which is well equipped. The hotel room is new, modern and spacious.

Review 17：Excellent Manager - very obliging and helpful. Nice view across canal and only 100 yards from main railway station - Toulouse/Matabiau. Laundry on site and very economical. Lovely modern hotel, roomy bedroom and all mod cons.

Review 20：Nothing regarding the hotel or staff or location.. only some of the unfair reviews from other people who either couldnt work out how to use a shower and so marked score down (shower has a dial and you turn it to go hot and cold) but what they couldn't work out that it has a little safety button to press to make it go hotter.. and so they moaned it was cold.. well push the button and it will have gone as hot as anyone could have wanted.. oh and the bed could have been less comfortable as it kept hold of me far too long :0) the whole feel of the place felt like quality and excellence

Review 21：Fantastic!!, from the huge amazing bed (2hr delay in getting up), to the shower, plus all the extras like microwave, hob, drink making facilities and a massive tv... all put together equals an amazing time at an amazing price.. very polite and courteous staff went the extra mile to help me and always had a smile.. and a special thanks to the poorly female staff member who could hardly speak.. bless you
