Reviews for Le Meurice

Review 1:We booked two Executive rooms.. We were given on Executive room the other one was not.. It was much smaller and had little attention compared to the other room.

Review 2:Concierge was very helpful

Review 3:We thought our room was alitle small with just the inner roof tops of the hotel as our view. Good thing we had heavy drapes to cover our view. Would have expected at least a court yard as a view for that price.

Review 4:Loved the staff and the beautiful facilities they offered in the hotel except our room. Would reccomend to others and will return again.

Review 5:The fact that breakfast was not included in the room rate.At these prices it certainly should have been

Review 6:The hotel itself is beautiful and all the furnishings are amazing.

Review 7:If something, internet was slow and for higher speed it´s a cost not expected in a hotel of this price range.

Review 8:The best hotel in Paris, everything is very good breakfast is the best ever, rooms clean and very comfortable quiet. Very discrete hotel and the staff is very good and service is direct : ) The restaurant was closed but we will try it next time and I am sure it´s VERY good.

Review 9:Snooty Upon arrival...My room wasn't ready even by 4pm Upon departure...They forgot my wake up call and forgot to call a cab- almost missed our flight

Review 10:Elegant

Review 11:We could not get the temperature right in the room and therefore did not sleep as well as we should have. The thermostat does not show the 'set' temperature except for momentarily when a change is made. In three nights, we never hit the exact right combination. (But we did get it closer each day.)

Review 12:The hotel feels very French, but still very welcoming. That can be a difficult combination. The location is perfect for our intentions. The service was superb. All in all a very memorable experience. We were careful in what fee based services we required because the fees are impressive. But we did find value in everything we chose.

Review 13:Well...., A plateful of tangerines as a welcome gesture was quite new to my experience. Also, the courtesy bottle of wine could be something else although it made an appropriate souvenir to my daughter's university dormitory kitchen.

Review 14:Obviously, the class and quality of the hotel staff. There is a dismissible difference between genuine heartily courtesy and trained one. This hotel is definitely one of the very few who knows and naturally practices it with pertinent friendliness toward the guests in unmistakable yet subtle pride in doing so. A true gem in this industry.

Review 15:-The hotel charges (a lot) for many things that are complimentary at other luxury hotels. For instance, if you go to the spa, they will offer you a glass of juice but then you learn it costs 18 euros. At the Four Seasons, that would be free. I don't know why they do this.

Review 16:-Location across from the Tuileries Garden is central and convenient -Hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and elegant -Service staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive -The Le Meurice restaurant breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast you will ever have. Amazing pastries, breakfast dishes, and service in the same setting as the 3 Michelin star restaurant

Review 17:I can't think of anything I didn't like, although it was not inexpensive. However, we got our money's worth,

Review 18:The food, the service, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the location. My teenage grandkids ( 15, 14, 12 ) loved it.

Review 19:We liked everything about the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the incredible service, and good location, all was excellent. From the very first step into the hotel to the last when leaving our stay could not have been bettered. Very well done to all

Review 20:Wifi not included, limousine to CDG 321Euro????, Room was not representative of the pictures on booking

Review 21:staff, location, kitchen, public, breakfast, attention to details, very clean and well attended

Review 22:Cannot fault

Review 23:Loved the Location. Best Beds and pillows made for an amazing night sleep. Rooms are very spacious and glamorous. Lots of areas to relax in the hotel. Amazing Staff.

Review 24:Fabulous hotel! Terrific service! Excellent spa! Wonderful concierge service! Really the best!

Review 25:visit of an African Excellence . Hotel personel to manage access control . Not the comics.

Review 26:Professional

Review 27:We wanted to have our bed made up with sheets and blankets rather than a duvet. The staff did not know how to do this. We had to show them.

Review 37:poor service at breakfast and roof terrace was off limits

Review 38:location

Review 39:Internet Fees.

Review 40:Great time, But for what we paid I can't believe they charged me for internet.

Review 41:Hotel needs to be updated a bit. Not as luxurious as expected.

Review 42:Staff was very nice

Review 43:N/A

Review 44:the hotel blocks a huge amount on the credit card, more than needed to pay for the whole stay. Worst payment policy in Paris!

Review 45:Our room was too warm.

Review 46:The service is the best in the world.

Review 47:The ac was not working in the first two nights

Review 48:Excellent staff handeling snd understanding my needs

Review 49:Restaurant was closed at the time so disappointed.

Review 50:The room was not good value for money considering the money spent elsewhere in the hotel- as a first time visitor to the hotel, a promotional offer would have been a nice surprise and warrant a return to the hotel

Review 51:The restaurant was first class

Review 52:Nothing.

Review 53:The service provided by the concierge was second to none. Every request was sorted out and the advice given was fantastic. Brunch on Easter Monday was perfect in every way.

Review 54:We didn't like that the restaurant was not open on the weekend, as we came to the hotel to have dinner there.

Review 55:We loved everything about Le Maurice!

Review 56:The SPA center is very small and cant favorite relax or quite. There are no a swimming pool or jacuzzi. The massages are excellent!

Review 57:Position, rooms, confort, service, food, staff excellence, ambient and design. Everything perfect!

Review 58:i ordered room service sphagetti and got tasty tomato sauce on the side, however sphagetti was the worst i had in my life, i could have cocked better myself in a microwave, and this hotel supposedly has a 3 star Michellin restaurant menu?! I dont get this... Spa is small, steam room is extremely small and there is no swimming pool?! also the French staff is super smart, typically Paris 1ere arrondisement. I prefer to stay in World Leading Hotels or Small Luxury Hotels or Sofitel group when i visit France because they have more friendly staff. I was very sick during my stay and i couldn't get a medical thermometre to measure my body temperature, and the concierge had nothing to do all day anyway, i don't wanna go back there again. If you are not American Vogue editor you don't want to waste your money here. Last thing during my stay there was fashion showroom at the hotel, and i went downstairs to see it but noone there spoke English (or pretendet , since English and French are basically one language , just with a different dialect) and i was practicaly thrown out of the showroom, it was truly strange stay...

Review 59:i like the white marble bathroom and huge kingsize bed, but i didnt like pillows, they are not comfortable i wonder if they have a pillow menu

Review 60:Proposed to my beautiful girlfriend in amazing room which the very helpful staff decorated with red roses(which had to be ordered in for me specially because they only had white) and big bottle of champagne with pink macaroons. Such a memorable stay. Expensive but well worth it for the ultimate hotel experience.

Review 61:On my first evening I was rebuked by a barman for not having booked a table in the bar for a pre-dinner drink. When I explained that I was a guest at the hotel he replied, "Madam, we have 600 guests." Hmmmmmm! On my first morning at breakfast I had to ask for a menu because I didn't want the buffet but a la carte. Otherwise the service was great - and what one would expect from a hotel of this standard and standing.

Review 62:Lunch at the restaurant was superb and dinner at Le Dali was also very good. I loved the ambience and the feeling of being I was a valued guest.

Review 63:Separate shower meant the shower and tub were combined, but withseparate controls (you could have the tub filling for a bath while alsotaking a shower). Bar drinks start at €26.

Review 64:Excellent accommodations that are aesthetically beautiful withwonderful service by the staff. The size of the superior room wasperfect; much larger than a typical Paris hotel room. Food with roomservice was great.

Review 65:Air cons are centrally operated, so I was very cold during the night asthe rooms are tradionally Paris small and the outlet was pointing at thebed and there was no way to switch it off. It's ridiculiusly pricey, but for that you get a rare level of service, cleanness and comfort.

Review 66:Extremely helpful staff, ideally clean room, superb central location, truly luxurios hotel.

Review 67:No wifi. The hotel is still using landline for connection. AND, the overall mobile reception is very poor in the hotel.

Review 68:Location, the deco of the hotel and the grandeur. Le Meurice Restaurant was excellent.

Review 69:I didn't get the view of the gardens that I requested.

Review 70:The staff are excellent, in particular in the restaurant. A wonderful location.

Review 71:Quiet rooms which were not too hot

Review 72:Price vs. quality :o(

Review 73:Bar in the hotel is good!!
