Review 1：Restaurant had to be booked, we 2 were only ones in there though ugh! Only served tapas ????

Review 3：The room we were assigned to had a horrific odor. It was absolutely unbearable. We did not tell the front desk as it was too embarrassing, but I would not stay there again. Also, the breakfast was not included so we did not bother - can't comment on the breakfast. Very business like hotel - well run and efficient, but not charming.

Review 4：Breakfast very poor value for money: €18 (per person) for a very simple buffet! Bathroom needed a deep clean and shower tray continually flooded the floor (poor design). Most communal areas, including the pool area, had music playing all day; I found that irritating and unnecessary. On two occasions the cleaners left the sliding door of our ground floor room open. Some of the decor looks worn (scrapes on the hallway walls etc). The restaurant food is ok, but nothing special; be prepared to pay €3 for a bottle of tap water!

Review 5：Friendly, helpful staff who speak great English. The pool area is nice (apart from the music). Towels are provided on the sun loungers and there's a poolside bar in case you fancy a drink. The restaurant and lobby areas are well looked after and there's interesting art displayed all over the hotel (which you can buy!) Parking is free and there's plenty of it, including an overflow area outside the grounds of the hotel. You will probably end up driving to the nearby attractions; none of them are a short walk away. Peaceful area, no road noise etc. Air conditioned rooms.

Review 11：This is a great place. Perfect location between Vence and St. Paul on beautiful grounds (pool, tennis court) in the middle of a forest. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel had a nice modern feel with attractive furnishings and artwork. Restaurant served good breakfast and creative tapas style dinner. Hotel is a great value.

Review 14：Despite due care, it was impossible not to shower without leaving a large puddle on the floor by the door. The bedroom walls are poorly soundproofed which allows noise from TV in adjoining rooms to intrude, something the staff dealt with quickly and effectively.

Review 22：The hotel wasn't easy to find on a winding road through a wooded area beyond the town. But this resulted in a peaceful environment with a rural outlook. The hotel itself was spacious, attractively furnished and very comfortable; and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The meals were tasty and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel.

Review 40：This 4 star hotel is more like a 5 star hotel.The hotel is situated in the gorgeous prestigous hillside town of St paul De Vence. Although we were originally frustrated at getting lost trying to get to the hotel, this was immediately forgotten when we arrived. We were greeted by the friendlist staff memeber (if only we remembered his name!!!) who spoke perfect English and helped with our bags. He spent such a long time with us explaining the facilitlies available as well as recommending what to do in the very short time we were there. He suggested visiting the village of St paul which was the most extraordinary site imaginable. He also recommended a restaurant to dine at in the village and I would rate that meal as the best meal we had during our 1 month Euro holiday. The rooms were beautiful and we had a view of the goreous green bushland. There is a wonderful pool with bar service, as well as a tennis court and petanque on site. Even the bathrooms in the lobby/foyer are something to try out, they were gorgeous. We didn't dine at the restaurant on site as were were only there for one night, but the menu looked delicious and v ery affordable.

Review 90：Showers have no safety features, I.e rails to grip or shower mats. There appeared to be no working extractor in the bathroom and a little mould is already appearing in showers. Air-conditioning could be cooler. But I stress that I found these to be very minor issues. This is a lovely hotel and the staff are charming, friendly and helpful.

Review 113：Boutique feel with friendly staff. Beautiful gardens / outdoor space. Secluded but not remote. All rooms overlook pool or gardens so no "bad" rooms. Minimalist rooms with colour splashes on white decor no bath but very modern facilities and comfy beds. Mostly couples so quiet around pool.

Review 114：Because of a problem with the shower we were upgraded to a suite. The bathroom lights are on a motion detector, which during the day is fine. However, if one gets up during the night it is inconvenient to have such bright lights and harder to return to sleep. I would still highly recommend La Vague.

The staff was so nice and our room was very nice. A small problem was handled quickly. I would stay there again.
