Review 1：Nice clean little Hotel with nice staff. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a fantastic nights sleep. Plenty of shops and food outlets in the same street. The hotel would benefit from a little updating but I didnt see this as a negative. Handy on site parking which is secured at night (You get a key if you want to get in or out after the gate is locked). I thought this was great.
Review 2：There is a night club in an adjacent building, noty open every night but when it is the base can be heard in the rioom I was in until 0400 , pick a night when it is closed.
Review 3：Everything was fine, and the dogs were very welcome, useful shops, restaurants and petrol station near by. and lovely river walk for the dogs
Review 4：Wi-fi internet connection wouldn't work in our room and I had to sit in reception to use it.
Review 5：Friendly helpful owner, who made us very welcome for our overnight stop. Room was comfortable, and had a charm of it's own, looking like it had been furnished and decorated with different items picked up up over the years. It gave it a homely feel (well like our home anyway!). We didn't use them, but we had a microwave and cooker in the room. We did use fridge for cold drinks and the fan provided, as it was a very warm night. Breakfast was nice, and good value. We had a chalet room at the rear and were able to park right outside our room to unload our two dogs, caged bird and all our valuable paraphernalia. I noticed that the car park was locked at night. We ate our dinner in a very pleasant Chinese restaurant next door. There is also a pizza place across the street, which we didn't try.

Review 25：Room very clean but very strong odder of smoking, being none smokersthis was unpleasant. No smoking rules needs to be enforced, perhapssmoke alarm or cleaners take cleansing action.
Review 26：The only downside was overlooking a main cross roads with traffic lights so couldn't leave window open overnight because of the noise. Was only staying one night anyway and I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Review 29：Everything! Following an overnight stay in a shabby over-priced Paris hotel, O Petit Hotel was refreshing. I admit to being a little dubious having read the reviews as most people were only using it as an overnight stop and we were there for 3 nights. However I was totally wrong.The place was ideal to come back to after a day out. Very good breakfast and evening meals, and such good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.Will use again.

Review 31：It was updated beautifully. The mattresses were firm. New wallpaper, new bath and shower, very clean. Looks like our room was completely redone in the last year, new double pane widows. Very quiet even though we were on a Main Street.

Review 37：The hotel was adequate for an overnight stop. The town of Dax had some nice restaurants to choose from as no restaurant in hotel. The room had been modified at some point to turn it into a room with en suite facilities. The bathroom was behind a curtain in the corner of the room. Very old furniture in the room and the cover on the bed had seen better days. Breakfast was good, however with fresh croissants and bread, plenty of coffee, tea or hot chocolate and a choice of cakes, yoghurts and cereals. Only met one member of staff who was most probably the owner and she was very pleasant.
