Review 1：Navigation in Vence is difficult. A good set of directions sent to guests in advance would be a great help in finding them.
Review 2：Terrace in the sun for a relaxed glass of wine at the end of the day.
Review 3：A little hard to find, if you're a heavy set person, toilet access is narrow, no credit cards accepted and watch for dog droppings. If you're visiting France for the first time, you may not be provided with washcloths (in most 2 to 3 star hotels and motels as well). a second trash receptacle would have been helpful in the room (only 1 in bathroom).
Review 4：The room was clean, beautiful setting, the owner was very pleasant. The price was reasonable and landscaping was very nice.
Review 5：Difficulties with public transport at weekends. In the week it is possible to book the Dial a Bus service. Efficient and cheap. However, if travelling without own transport the taxi service is diabolical. They charge from Vence to the house even before you get into the vehicle. They all charge at least 20 euros from Vence to the property. Therefore, to get from the property to Vence and back in the evening would cost 60 euros. Just out of the question. We were lucky to be offered a lift back and forth on some evenings by the host's son. Something should be done about the Vence Taxi Mafia!!!!!
