Review 1：really difficult to find the apparthotel because it is at the end of an industrial estate. It's easy in daylight hours to see the signage but no signs at night, so even with sat Nav it was difficult.Suggest they put a sign at the end of the road and one outside the hotel that illuminates.

Review 2：quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Review 3：The whole block was like Hall's of residence for students. Basic decor, toilet seat broken. outside of the blocks were scruffy. No key deposit box for early leavers. Stayed in better for the price.

Review 7：the hotel was not maintain properly. the room is smelly one of my friend room is leaking and they send someone over who doesn't know a clue and he is also rude. the staff is very arrogant. although there is many people at the reception counter, only 1 staff is to entertain us, while the other staff, 3 of them, is happily chatting inside a room (we can hear their laughter from the reception counter) very bad experience

Review 9：The gardens are overgrown. Path lights not working at night. Parking not close to building. Poor pillows. Room decor tired. Poor painting and dirty floor tiles and black grout. Corridor floor dirty. Pet price at €10 per pet is way too high. Most hotels are 5. Pet price not mentioned on Booking.com I would have not stayed herewith my two dogs if I had known it would cost me so much.

Review 12：Well located close to airport. Very friendly staff who organised our late arrival, answering our calls very promptly. Brilliant value for money!

A deep litter of cigarette butts in the outside area as no bins provided for smokers. Surly and unhelpful reception staff (however I do think the poor girls were vastly overworked). I cancelled 5 nights as found it unbearable..

Review 17：Nothing like the pictures, bedding not as nice, cupboards falling off and missing in the kitchen, asked for an iron to be told thry haven't got any we seemed to be trouble for the receptionist, could have done with more towels. Shower over the bath wouldnt stay where we put it had to be wedged cause holder broke. Noise of people passing under the window. The bed settee was covered in marks and stains.

Review 19：Ground floor apartment had a sliding door that dos not lock - staff were not concerned by this and told me that my young family would be be fine and not to worry. No offer of compensation or offer to find another room. Terrible place - looked a bit like a prison with awful security. Left without staying and found a nicer hotel. Don't go.

I have stayed in more than 150 hotelsaround Europe and Asia; this is the worst hotel I have ever been.

Review 37：No staff will attend for late check in after 9pm as the enterence gate will be closed. No security or anybody will open for you. We arrived at 1am (already informed them) and waited outside the gate for almost 20 minutes and luckily a resident was going out and we entered the premise at the same time. The enterence should be manned for late check in as well as safety for the resident

Therefore got there post reception closing and I found no out of hours facility. Therefore we had to go off to a new hotel at further expense.
