Review 1：We have stayed a few times and were very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were no longer open in the evenings contrary to your brochure information

Review 2：Very convenient to the golf course, river., Mandelieu shops and La Napoule seafront and restaurants

Review 3：We found when we got there, we were paying 50% above the standard rate. Some senior staff were inflexible. The swimming pool was closed. Although there are 2 bathrooms there was only one toilet. Very limited choice of menu on the first night

Review 5：The main pool was still closed (beginning June) . The main restaurant had limited choice on the day's menu and was the same for two days in a row.

Review 7：It was just too far frpm Cannes City center. Transport to and fro is poor. You cannot find a taxi for love or money and have to walk to the bus stop which takes 10 minutes from the hotel. There were issues with the WiFI and internet connections.

Review 9：The internet connection, I need to enter the user name and password frequently. TV channels quality and variety are not suitable for 4 star hotel. No coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast variety is limited.

Review 17：Some staff was impolite and rude. Quality and choice of food in restaurants below a 4-star hotel level - breakfast with little options compared to price and poorly presented. Attention to detail in rooms and other areas not 4-star level: molding edges in bathrooms and showers, paint needed in some areas.

Review 19：In almost the total structure, the lake or the golf view doesn't exist because the many trees and plants of natural garden are all in front of the terraces and Windows, so you don't feel in an open space but close. If you don't have children, you will escape very soon from the swimmingpool! For a family, not for a couple.

Often forgot to leave loo roll and would then need to walk to reception and 'ask' if I could have some, again they acted as if this offended them, when I pointed out they could just leave some in the room when it was cleaned they it, they started huffing and puffing saying they would write it in 'the book'... Not really sure what this meant as still had to walk to reception for more!! Quite bizarre for 4 star accommodation.

Sometimes 10pm, sometimes11:15pm but still the guy in charge claimed it was open to 11pm.Closest reatuarnts and bar 20 minute walk away so they could be more service friendly and maybe ask the group of people sitting in the area iif they need more before thay decided to closes 10:30pm.! Arroganse bigger at this hotel then the rest of riviera though tha fact that there is nothing else surrounfding the hotel expect the port 20 minutes away. Supermarket in the hotel had a few things and also closed whenever.. Nearest supermarket 15 minutes with car. Airporttraffic with private jets over your head at pool area every 3 minutes day time.
