Review 1：They charged us 11€ for our 8 month golden retriever. This is not reasonable by any means; it is stealing. Shame on this hotel. Directions do not appear right either in TomTom or Google Maps. Better avoid this establishment.

Review 2：The Hot milk and Water ran out during Breakfast, there seemed no urgency in replacing it, which meant that both my Wife and I were unable to have a Hot drink before departing to the Airport

Review 10：This hotel is very close to the airport. The bus number 1 runs in front of the hotel to/from the airport to Merignac and Bordeaux. Very helpful the staff speaking English and Spanish. Nice dinner in the hotel.

Review 15：Receptionist was on the phone for five minutes or more without acknowledging us until we asked her if we could get some attention. The restaurant closed for nearly four weeks the day we got there. There was no shuttle to take us to the airport for our 6:20 am flight. We had to get a cab as we had two big suitcases and a smaller one (we had been in France for two months) and walking was out of the question as it was pitch dark. There was no hairdryer or fridge in the room.
