Review 1：Very convenient location. The hosts were most gracious providing a very warm welcome and answering any questions we had. They served a very nice breakfast each day.
Review 2：Beautiful location and stunning property. We stayed in the 2nd floor suite and were amazed to find a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the Soane river. Fantastic breakfast with fresh and high quality products.

Review 5：Sophie and Thierry used to own a restaurant in Belgium. They came to Burgundy looking to buy a vineyard but fell in love with this beautiful house. Ancient and elegant - just a pace or two from Tournus exquisite Abbey. Here they invite you to stay steeped in history but with every conceivable modern comfort. The tower bedroom is wonderfully romantic and has simply stunning views. Enjoy expertly chosen wines on the beautiful terrace overlooking their small park. A warm welcome, delicious breakfast and friendly attentive service. Parking too. The perfect place to stop halfway to the South of France - though you may wish to start and end your journey there.
Review 6：While the building is historic, both the rooms and common areas are very up to date. Hosts were amazing. The facility feels more upscale than most B&Bs. Tasty and filling breakfast complete with homemade jams.

Review 8：I cannot find enough words of praise for such a wonderful place to stay! We stopped off on our journey to the Alps and now plan to return for a longer stay. Sophie and Thierry welcome you into their home and are fantastic hosts. Such attention to detail from the exquisite decor and beautiful furnishings, to the delicious breakfast with home-made jams! We look forward to returning to La Tour de Tresorier and have already recommended it to many of to our friends.

Review 10：Everything was exceptional. Sophie and Thierry are wonderful hosts. We stayed in the Orangerie...exquisite, beautifully furnished, private and very romantic. We were accepted into their home as family. They have real passion for providing the very best of care. We were sad to leave after three days and look forward to our return and recommending La Tour de Tresorier to our friends.

Review 14：This was the most beautiful place we stayed in our 2 weeks in France. It is in the heart of town from the front entrance and feels like a country setting from the back. We had views of the cathedral and a sweeping vista of the river valley from the deck with the hot tub. The rooms and furnishings were lovely and extremely comfortable. The shared bath on the second floor was spotless, well-appointed and designed for living, not just visiting (lots of space to place personal items). The host could not have been nicer and the resident dog was a nice greeter. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Extremely convenient as a stopover when travelling to the South of France but with all the luxury to justify it being a destination itself. Very stylish house, comfortable room, great breakfast and the 2 most delightful hosts. Tournus also has numerous great restaurants including one with a Michelin star. Out of this world!

The breakfast each morning on the terrace overlooking the gardens and river were splendid. Croissants, breads, home made jams from seasonal local fruits, coffee etc - delicious. The historic guest house is located in the heart of the medieval part of town opposite the abbey. Walk the cobbled streets as we did and soak in the history. We loved it!

Review 40：The only slightly negative point was there were dogs next door which barked if they were disturbed. But there was NO other noise (e.g. no traffic or noisy neighbours), i.e. it was otherwise quiet and peaceful.

Really beautiful, extremely clean with a lot of attention to details, breakfast is tasty and fresh with nice view over the river and very friendly owners. Had a pleasure to stay there one night on our way from Barcelona to Germany and think we will come back just to spend several days in the area.
