Review 1：A couple of minor maintenance items (loose towel rack a loose kitchen cupboard door) in the room, nothing that affected the stay, just something they need to keep on top of as the rooms are otherwise to such a good standard.

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a studio apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Ate at the restaurant on site which is ok, food is what you would expect for the price, however, presentation and service was very good.

Review 25：The pillows were very uncomfortable leading to a disturbed nights sleep with stiff neck in the mornings. There was a standard charge per cabin of £10 per day for use of the pool facilities meaning 6 people could pay £10 as against 2 people in smaller unit. very unfair on smaller groups.

Review 34：Great indoor pool & spa for when the weather outside was cold. We used the restaurant one night, great choice on the menu, great food. Fantastic vièws from chalet out over the lake.

Review 35：Unfortunately despite really high hopes due to such great reviews we were disappointed with our stay here. Firstly we realised when we arrived that wifi despite having a Rota in each room was charged at £6.00 a day, using the cloud network which is free everywhere else that you use it. Usually available in most shopping centres and restaurants. However we thought this isn't the biggest issue in the world it's fine we will just pay it. So we did how ever it was slow and unresponsive, it didn't work in one of our devices and when going to reception to ask for help, were greeted by rude staff who seemed very impatient and condescending. They ended up sending out a maintainance man to our room who had to reset the router. As it wasn't working before. This meant the wifi worked for about 6 hours of the 24 hours we paid for and we were out all day so didn't get to use it, despite trying to explain this and this no fault of our own we were not offered a new code. Furthermore we also realised on arrival that the leisure facilities which were on site and advertised when booking the room with photos. We had to pay an extra £35 on arrival for 3 days use. The gym was extra on top of this which literally was tiny and consisted of 5 pieces of equipment. It just w little disappointing that despite the facilities being onsite and the prices of the rooms that this isn't open to guests and we felt this was unclear until arrival, as when your booking it only appears in small print when you click on the website in a certain way and is not mentioned on the actual booking page. However we even paid this and didn't see it as a oroblem it was more the general attitude of the staff we encountered during our stay. On arrival we were greeted by a lady who checked us in and told us all the extras e had to pay for which we did however we were stood next to and older couple who as checked in by another member of staff who really took the time to welcome then.

Also, I don't like the rules of the check in and check out ,, which are 'no entry before 4:00 pm ', check out at 10:am. Otherwise, everything's was perfect.

Review 46：Let down that the studios didn't have a lake front view as this was not stated anywhere before booking. It was in a concreted area with no view of anything. The bigger cabins are more expensive and most were being fitted and refurbished. Staff at water sports centre were arrogant unfriendly and rude. Ruined friendly feel of place. Annoying I paid extra for an upgraded package and didn't get any view. Around bath in bathroom cabin (22) was mouldy, needed a tooth brush and bleach ASAP.

Review 62：It is amazing place with a lake view.The accommodation is very nice recently refurbished to quite to relax. We liked everything of the place and the cottage. The kitchen with full equipment including dishwasher and washing maching. And it easy to find. Chidren liked the ducks and river. The ducks and swans all around waiting to be feeded.

Review 74：The diamond resort reception staff, not friendly, they were a lot of problems with our guests checking into their lodges, lodges had been double booked, cancelled but then charged for. When you asked them to do something, it was too much trouble for them, they wouldn't provide the WIFI code for guest without a charge despite them being there all weekend for the wedding. Without the reception staff it would be the perfect venue!

Review 75：We had our wedding reception at the venue and it was fantastic. The facilities were brilliant, the lodge we stayed in was right on the lake and the views were amazing. The restaurant food was excellent quality and they catered for our wedding party. The bar staff were really good. Overall it was an amazing weekend at Pine Lake.

Review 78：I would recommend that Booking.com advertise that you have to pay a small fee to use the leisure facilities. It is worth paying the small fees as the pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are all worth using but some travelers may be unhappy at not being told before hand.

Review 100：The pool was very small and crowded. A resort of that size should have a much larger or several pools. The wifi was expensive and for the price we paid it should have been free. We were also surprised we had to pay for the pool as there is not much else to do there besides swim and water sports- which are very expensive for a family. It would be better to charge a little more for the cabin rather then to feel they are always charging us.It takes the relaxation out of using the facilities.

The quality of it also great, fairly facility available for all ages. the view are great. Tesco and Aldi are close to have get all your needs there, that give five star for visitor to buy their grocery after check in.

Sitting outside the lounge overlooking lake was wonderful. Great views. Great for all ages and conveniently located. We went to Morecambe and into Carnforth whilst there.
