Review 1：Incredibly noisy as there is practically no isollation (the main door is useless). The bed just looked like a double bed but there were two twin together and just covered with a thin sheet.

Review 3：View of the town and a mountain view ! We stayed on the third floor and kept the wooden twin doors open. Great to see the change of sky color.

Review 11：The owners were just perfect just like the hotel and rooms. We had a warm welcome and the newly renovated rooms were spacious and nice. The hotel is in the middle of the center so very easy when traveling with kids to restaurant or beach. Perfect booking

Review 12：The hotel was in a great position, very close to the train station which is good if you are travelling around Europe on the train. There are restaurants right outside the door and of course down the street and the beach is also close. Mandelieu is great little town with lots of little beach coves to explore. Walk around the path where the castle is and you will discover them. The hotel room is small but very clean with a brand new bathroom that has a great shower. It also has air con and wifi. The room is great value for money.

Review 14：Nice, comfortable upgraded room and bathroom. The beach is 5 minutes away and other beaches accessible by nice trail in front of the chateau and along the hills. The train station is 2 minutes away but you don't hear the train. The hotel is in a small piazza with restaurants and a nearby grocery store. We were on the back side so there was no noise. Nice walks around the neighborhood. So great location.The staff were very nice. The breakfast a good value with ham, cheese and yogurt.

Review 15：Very reasonably prices. Very warm welcome by the new owners and helpful to our needs. Organised a Taxi for us which is part of their new business. very good air con. Bed linen changed frequently. We will be back next year.

Review 19：Very helpful and amiable personnel, always ready to assist. Good location, close to the Castle and to the seashore. One minute walk from railway station. Some may not like that but as for me it was rather good not to walk a long way with a suitcase. And I cannot say that the railway is very noisy here. Maybe it will be not very quiet in high season but in February it had been fine. And Mimosa festival was unforgettable!

Review 21：clean and very nice hotel with 12 rooms. The owner and the staff were all VERY friendly and absolutely professional! The cleaning staff was very curteous, sensitive and even spoke good English! As it was so nice we stayed longer than we originally wanted and enjoyed the stay so much.

Review 62：WE liked the proximity to local beaches, close to train station for day trips. The hotel is attached to a restaurant which has a reasonable menu and prices are moderate. The staff were very obliging and nothing was too much trouble.
