Review 1：Room layout wasn't great. Room, Swimming pool and Wellness area are kind of worn out.

Review 2：The people were very friendly and helpful. The Room was clean. Nice restaurant and bar. Close to town center.

Review 3：Staff were not that helpful....maybe it was because of the language barrierl There was no fridge or kettle in the room. There was only one iron in the whole of the hotel.

Review 9：The different staff we met on several occasions were not very friendly at all. They did not even wish us a pleasant journey and were very uninterested, impatient and unfriendly. The restaurant was terribly overpriced, served poor food and again had a snobby staff.

Review 11：When staying in the apartment you get no maid service and at the end of your stay everything has to be left clean otherwise there is an additional charge. NB bring your own towels, otherwise you have to hire them. The size was comfortable for 2, but the flat sleeps if 2 sleep in bunk beds in the corridor. I think it would be a real squeeze for 4 people (but that is pretty standard for French mountain resorts).

Review 13：The hotel and the rooms have an unsavoury smell. At check-in the staff tried to put us in an old, worn-out smelly room (501). This room was very different from the family room we booked at booking.com. After complaining we were offered the room we had booked (111). After this incident the desk clerks were not particularly friendly anymore. AC's outside units on the first floor are noisy at night. Toilet ventilation did not work.

Review 15：staff not speaking English reception staff not friendly and did not find our booking (they looked up the bookings by names and not by reservation number) - that lead to confusion and discussions - they wanted to make us pay for a superior room (which we booked but did not get) but we received only a standard room , hotel needs renovation

Review 17：Reception desk had problems to identify our booking correctly, they did not check the booking.com Reservation number but only the guest's Name, this led to confusion and they only found 2 out of 3 reservations. For the 3rd room (which they said had not been reserved) we got a lesser category room (standard) and in the end they wanted to make us pay for the higher category room which they did not find at check-in. It all turned out fine it was just a confusion with names and we had to pay only for the rooms we got (2 standard, 1 double). We will never return there anyway, staff not really friendly and not speaking a word of English ....

Review 27：Appartment was rather small, but we managed. No heating (so it can be cold during winter). Inventory list for counting every item in the room (starting from spoons and forks) is oldfashined practice, but they keep doing it. In the appartment they do not provide towels, but we discovered this only on place (those can be rented for extra money). Pool, sauna and hammam were not very warm and changing area was tiny and unconfortable. Access to pool via coridors and stairs quite uncomfortable.

Review 31：apartment was smaller than i thought. An apartment for 4 sleeps only 2 adults and a couple of kids. Very narrow hallway, where you can expect to pull out two small beds. This was not shown in the website. Not very friendly staff at reception. Said they had not received any modifications from booking.com that I had made!! If you want an apartment for 4, take the one listed for 6 people.

Review 33：The facilities an super location.so much to do in th area an shops and market in La Bresse were great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Brekfast was good but in comparisson to the cost of overnighting, we found it expensive. Clean hotel and spacious.

Review 36：The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The parking situation was excellent and the large hotel pool (once we found it!) was a very welcome amenity. Our room was spacious and modern and they even gave us an extra bed for our young child. We did not eat in the restaurant, but having drinks in the bar was very easy and served with a tasty snack.

Review 37：This was a weekend trip looking at properties so wanted a cheap butcomfortable place to stay and this was just the job. For the price (100euros for 2 night) I expected it to be a little ropey but was wrong. Hadan apartment with one bedroom & bunk beds. The bathroom looked brand newand apartment was clean. Had nice pool which was added bonus.
