Review 1：Unpleasant smell from the kitchen in the hallways leading to the rooms.

Review 3：Hotel building and facilities got a bit dated; Staff is not trained for a four-star hotel (surprising entry into room by cleaning staff, vegetables at breakfast buffet not washed at all, no attention to detail); Sauna facilities in the hotel are dated and could be more special; Not well-suited for young couples (age average is above 40)

Review 7：The available comforter was very thin and small, even for one person. No problem during summer or for someone who doesn't mind sleeping with thermostat turned up, but I personally like sleeping in a cold room warmly wrapped. I have honestly never seen such a small comforter in a 4 star hotel before. I tried to book a few spa services the night before and out of 4 I managed to get only 1. However when I arrived for it, the spa area was pretty much empty, which would suggest that the problem is not with guests filling available slots but with staff availability. Given, it was a weekend, having more staff would hopefully solve the problem.
Review 8：The hotel is very nice and in beautiful area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent food (even when served as a buffet) and staff very polite and helpful. Direct access (at extra cost) to Therme Loipersdorf (it is possible to go there in a robe) in addition to onsite services (swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and spa services). Very nice spa services (if you can get an appointment - see what I didn't like).
