Review 1：The luxury shower unit was so complex it took me at least 20 minutes to work out how to use its many facets!

Review 2：Friendliness of staff and the location, right opposite the train station (and bus station)! Excellent breakfast selection too.

Review 3：Unfortunately the shower was running cold in the morning I left and no water in the bathroom sink but up to that point all was Ok liked the free drinks and snacks and a little trouble from guests in dispute outside room in early hours of the morning and bedroom door was pushed open when the dispute took place without any apology from them but this is not the hotels fault

Review 4：The room was fine for the amount paid. I didn't sleep well as it was very warm and I couldn't have the window open due to noisy heating unit directly outside. However it was a late check out so I did get a lay in which made up for it.

Review 5：Staff were excellent. Both spoke English and were helpful. If you are travelling from the train station location is excellent. The wasn't a kettle in the room but there was a fridge with free cold drinks which I appreciated.

Review 6：Website makes it look far better than it really is and it is expensive for the standard of accommodation. Handy for the station, but there are lots more hotels in the same position. Did not fancy eating breakfast in that stuffy bar.

The state of the rooms & corridor did nothing to dispel this illusion, nor did the plethora of local sex clubs & the women in neighboring rooms screaming their lungs out at all hours in (fake) orgasmic bliss keeping you awake. Invest a little more money & stay elsewhere. Sleeping on the street would have been more oeaceful

Review 32：Staff on arrival friendly but when you see a floor mop propped up by thereception desk you have an idea of what is to come. Decoration moderntacky and vert tired. The stairs up to rooms is not clean, being cleanedwith a small rolller brush when we checked in di not remove the grime.The room ( no 3 ) was just disgusting so bad that I did not remove mysocks to walk over the floors. The bathroom was a joke, basin almost offthe wall, tiles off the wall, the venetian blinds to the street bent andtwisted...the floor was dirty and the shower almost impossible to usewithout either freezing or burning your self or flooding the floor withwater...on the floors the vinyl was lifting between the bedroom andbathroom...I Will not even mention the unpainted wall behind the showerand if you are of a larger size you would find it a very tight squeezeto sit on the wc as it is wedged between the sower cubicle and the wall.I dare not even look under the low bed..but the white sheets were cleanand the bed fairly comfortable. The huge flatscreen tv worked and themini fridge did have four complimentary drinks. I have travelled theworld staying in many different class of hotels, this is by far theworst I have ever stayed in. Do so if your young and don't mind abit of dirt.PS: I forgot to mention the noise..no soundproofing at all means you are woken by anyone using the stairs up to their rooms and we were up at 5..45 am with the noise of someone walking around above our heads. Loved the steam shower & the peace and quiet in room considering the central location. Would recommend this hotel for a traveller who is coming or going by train as it's right opposite the train & bus stations . Nice contintental breakfast. If and when I return to Toulouse I will be using this hotel again .

Review 39：We found the hotel very easy right in front of the train station. The personal was very polite and helpful. We were given the bar in the room free of charge and booking for an additional night was also without any problem. Was a perfect stay.

This was a great hotel, small, friendly, good value to money,contemporary design, clean, very helpful staff, quiet, opposite thestation so easy access for airport bus (5 euros and takes about half anhour), very easy walking to the city centre (10 minutes), they lookedafter our bags for the day, there was wifi, tv, complimentary drinks (2waters, 1 coke and 1 orange) plus a very funky shower! Thank you for alovely stay - and Toulouse is an amazing city. Enjoy!

Review 96：The decor seemed very tired and in our room there was a half-empty bottle of water plus discarded brochures. Fittings are not as smart as they look. Seven people at breakfast after we arrived (early) and there were two slices of cheese, four slices of bread and one bread roll between us all. A French couple asked for more bread and were told no as it would cost more. Plenty of croissants though, and some fresh fruit. Fire escapes on the narrow stairs (the only way out) were propped open with fire extinguishers.

Review 104：There was no lift. Just a very narrow staircase. The bed had noheadboard and the floor was coloured concrete. The air condition didntwork, the window didnt close easily and there was no wardrobe or extrapillows. We left our room very early and came back around 4pm. Our roomwas no made up and once we were in the room someone was trying to openthe door. There is only one exit, no fire exit and I could smellcigarettes from the other rooms.
