Review 1：First - location. In fact it is hard to find this hotel, especially at night. It is an old hotel surrounded with high blocks of flats, having two entries. The official entry is put aside, and at the bottom level, while the easier accessible one is not marked. Obviously - no interesting view from window (walls of concrete and some canyon-like street). Noise - you cannot keep the widow open. Through/below the hotel there is a line of trolleybus. Second: the hotel is rather old; in some part renovated/but the standard rather basic/poor. It was impossible to control the temperature and fresh air flow in the room! I had to change the room, and finally - accepted the third one proposed to me. The staff was helpful, but I was not very satisfied to be checking several room after arrival in the night. The location of the hotel is out of the center; I have chosen it since I had a conference on the university campus (yes, about 10 minutes walk). But simultaneously - nothing interesting in the surroundings (one small shop and some two fast food restaurants; mostly closed). In the room there was an "ancient" bathroom, and the toiled was in a separate part (strange, very uncomfortable). The breakfast very expensive as for the hotel of this standard (15 Euro per person). The hotel also rather expensive (I paid 117,20 Euro per night). The beer at the bar - 9 Euro for half liter - no comments! To summarize: I cannot agree with the high evaluation of this specific hotel. My recommendation is: consider a better choice or negotiate the price and inclusion of the breakfast.
