Review 1：Wifi was terrible! Accessing emails was virtually impossible due to the connection dropping out continually. Webex for work purposes was not an option due to the same problems.

Review 2：Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 3：The single bed mattress was not in the best shape in room 520. It slumped on one side making it difficult to sleep well. Recommend replacing this mattress.

Review 11：Paper cups in the room for the tea and coffee - very poor quality and very unusual for any bed and breakfast let alone a 4 star hotel. Also we needed to be collected from the airport but they would not provide the shuttle bus on a Sunday and the whole point of staying there was to get the shuttle. We had to walk and it was only a mile but with all our luggage it was very tiring

Reception staff were very polite and helpful as were spa staff. Liked the spa area and swimming pool. Very comfortable night. Would stay here again, but take your own drinks!

Review 25：It would be handy if there was a tram direct from Bordeaux to hotel instead of just to Merignac and then having to locate a bus but this isn't really the hotel's fault.

Review 26：If you want a base that is clean, spacious, comfortable and very close to airport then this place is perfect. If you are planning on doing a lot of sightseeing and wandering around Bordeaux then perhaps not the most convenient place. It was the final leg of our trip so we're happy to just lounge about the hotel and pool and not venture too far! Room was surprisingly spacious- in fact it took us 24 hours to realise we had a little kitchen!!

Consequently the room was boiling hot until we opened the windows and we had to leave them open all night. The swimming pool is off the parking lot and not particularly well landscaped. The restaurant options are all rather pricey, so we had to leave the property to find a light meal that was less than costly.

Review 53：I really liked the proximity to the airport. It made traveling out quite simple. The common area was tastefully decorated. We did not choose the petite dejeuner due to the price, but upon seeing the menu, it was very broad and it made a bit more sense to have it higher priced. I still chose to skip it because that was too much food. But I was able to order coffee and croissant for a very reasonable price.

Review 104：Check in really is only 2 PM, even if you arrive at 11 AM. The Spa is small but nice except that the pump for the water feature is really nice. Also beware that posters and signs suggesting the Spa to be open until 8 or 9 PM are wrong, it closes at 7 PM!
