Review 1：Bathroom tiling & some fittings a little tired
Review 2：Excellent receptionist. Old motel style building with some charm, nice clean & comfortable updated room with balcony.
Review 3：Clean, tidy, free parking and very comfortable. The hotel is easy to find and was well apportioned and not expensive. Kitchen equipment is new. Takes 8 minutes to drive to the nearest beach (which is very child friendly) and about 30 minutes to Dune Du Pyla & Arcachon.

Review 17：a bit off the town. if you want to go for dinner, need to drive to arcachon. wi-fi, only in the wifi room downstairs, and with limited schedule 9am-21pm aprox (but it is free) i was missing some meat or cheese at the breakfast (coffee, milk, juice, croissant, and a good piece of bread)
Review 18：the locatin was ok. the room (108), nicelly clean, and with new furniture. small toilet, but with powerful shower and warm water. the breakfast, 7.50, and they serve you in the room as they lack a breakfast room (at least, it is what we thought) each room, has its own parking space. quite nice. i would repeat there
