Review 1：Distance from car park. Microwave didn't work, and no staff available for contact after 20.00 - made sorting out issues impossible.

Review 5：The accomodation was horrendous. We didn't even have a bed, we hadto endure a sofa bed for 6 nights which was very loud and woke withevery move, it has left us both with aches and pains. The hotel is rundown and uncared for. I'm sure at one point it could of been abeautiful place but unfortunately it is clear no money or efforts havebeen put back into the maintanance of this property. The pool is a goodsize, however it is dirty and has a lot missing and cracked tiles. Onthe whole we were left very disappointment and spent our week"getting out" of the hotel which meant we spent a lot moremoney than anticipated on beach loungers & lunches out etc.... Ifthe hotel had been ok we would of spent time by the pool. I see manycomments about the friendly receptionist - in my opinion they were verylaxy daisy and forgetful, I asked them to replenish our towels as we hadto use them to mop up after the shower began to leak, they forgot to dothis and I had to ask another two times before they finally got aroundto it. It wasn't as if they appeared busy they were sat outsidechatting every time I passed by.

Review 6：The location was ok - short walk along the canal to the beach.

Review 7：1) The WiFi is poor. On the other hand, that forces you to do something more interactive with your family ;-)2) The hotel is somewhat on the shabby side, but in a weird way that adds to the French Riviera charm.

Review 8：1) They have a great pool; not too small and with an actual deep end.2) Furthermore, you can reserve the BBQ at the pool for your own party, which is pretty cool. 3) Ping-Pong table and badminton facilities are readily available. Nice.

Review 10：Pool area and beds were very clean and attractive. Our Studio was very comfortable and cleaned regularly to a high standard. The 10 minute walk to the beach along the river was beautiful. Free car park available across the road.

Review 11：Wifi was not present in the room, you had to be in the front desk area to get anything remotely useful (was still really slow). Our room was not clean, there was a towel when we entered, it smelled like pee, and there were dirty dishes in the kitchen. When I asked at the front desk, and said it smelled really bad, the answer was just "we don't have any other rooms".

Review 13：No wi if available in the room, which would have been ideal. The Reception was closed during noon & 4 pm daily, this was very inconvenient as it was 84 degrees & we had been travelling since 5 am that morning. An emergency no was listed, but just rang through to the locked reception !!!!

Review 14：The staff were v friendly. The room was immaculate & towels changed daily. The kitchenette was comprehensively equipped. A very charming hotel in a wonderful location. I felt that the accomodation was excellent value for money, especially given it was July.

Review 15：Terrible attitude to their guest.. We had Superior Suite ..air condition did not work at all, we had 30 degrees in the rooms, girl from the reception gave us a ventilator, they thought it is the same as air condition!!! one bedroom did not get air condition at all, though the hotel sells appartment as air conditioned... we had blocked sink on the arrival but nobody came to repair it during 9 days of our stay. This hotel cannot have 4*, it is 2* ...

Review 17：We were given the room of the lower category (we booked Super luxe) in the old part of the hotel and with not working conditioner. We had to change the hotel after one night and were told by the manager that they will compencate us all cost. But after 5 days (we had to come to hotel every day to remind) they told us " we are not going to pay you back and we did not promise you anything". So, we lost all money. The hotel itself is very old and badly located (on the road).

Review 19：Good quality Provence style hotel for vacation with/without kids situated in nice area close to beach (1 km), shops and golf. Excellent choice for those who travel by car as the location is close to A8 exit and only 7 km from Croisette.

Review 20：The place is certainly oriented tp tourist clients more than for business customers (i.e. late breakfast time, no dry cleaning service, etc). Otherwise, a good and nice place to stay, perfect for vacation

Review 22：Reception was not open for our 6 pm arrival but we had an email givingaccess details and door codes. This was not made known to us untilvirtually the eve of our departure. We ordered breakfast for the firstmorning only which consisted simply of catering sachets and packet toastas one would find in a self service cafe, very poor value at 10 eurosper person.The unused jam was removed on the second morning.!

Review 23：A spacious well-fitted and comfortable apartment with good security,nice balcony, relatively quiet location despite a busy road, with Thames-side feel about it, lovely riverside walks, boat and golf heaven.Friendly and helpful staff, when present.

Review 24：Wifi Needs Looking at as it was not reliable and the Bathroom could do with a shower curtain. A safety deposit box would also be a good idea.

Review 32：We stayed in the old part of this accommodation. We had no wardrobe. Therefor our clothes layed on the tables in the room. The bed was uncomfortable. In the bathroom was no power socket. Hence, I shaved my face in the kitchen without a mirror. Many cats are on the areal and most of the other guests feed them so that we had to close the door all the time.

Review 33：The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a typical french one and ok. The location is very good with a short way to the sea. Pool area was ok. The kitchen interior was very good and clean.

Review 36：One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. We were 5 (we're traveling with our three children). They rented us an apartment as if it was a suite. When we arrived, one of the beds turned out to be the sofa and we had to find out (it wasn't ready). The space was visibly dirty (even the walls and doors deserve a good painting) and 2 lights and the toilet sink were not working. We arrived at night and it wasn't until we woke up that we discovered blood stains in one of the beds where the children slept. The shower and the WC hadn't been cleaned. But the worst of all was the behavior and lack of reaction of the bad mannered staff. Not bad after paying 250€ per one night!! All in all disgusting.

Review 58：Only 1/2 mile or less from the Cannes coastal highway, and then only a 4-miles to the Palais Des Festivals, this is a very convenient place to stay if you're doing business in Cannes, but want to escape at night. Quality facilities, friendly staff, fairly priced.

Review 59：the first room we were shown was not suitable for us as the bath was not working, freezer broken and a few sockets were loose. (we have a baby at crawling stage). It would have been perfect if we could buy drinks/snacks by the pool but I think as just missed the season as we arrived 4/9/13.

Review 68：We stayed at the Le Rivage for 8 nights in a studio apartment. The studio was large with small but well equipped kitchen. The room was cleaned everyday. Outside we had a small patio area. The place has a very nice pool, green area and other good facilities like: volleyball area, table tennis etc. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The hotel is located between Mandelieu & La Napoule. It is in a short walking distance from the conveniane stores & supermarkets and sandy beaches (about 15 min walk by the river).

Review 71：The daily cleaning of the rooms is poorly done, if at all. The internet service does not work in the appartments but only in common areas. These are things you should reasonably expect to be done properly for that price range.

Review 72：the layout of the family room is very spacious with master bedroom, another 1 person bedroom and canape for kids in the living room. Swimming pool is ok and nice to have bbq available. The location is at 1km distance to beach.

Review 76：The WiFi didn't work during our entire stay. The breakfast was bad and ridiculously expensive. The pool was too dirty to swim in. The rooms were extremely basic considering the price. The location was a 20 min walk to the beach/restaurants which was ok but then there were no taxis in the town to make it back in the evening. We were so disappointed that although we had booked for four nights we asked to check out after the second night. We were told that despite the fact that the place didn't match any of its descriptions - there is no way I'd ever describe it as a 4*- we would have to be charged for all 4 nights. Even with the extra cost we still decided to stay somewhere else so we could enjoy our last night. There are much nicer places to stay in the area so I see no reason for anyone to ever stay here.

Review 78：Le Rivage was the perfect place for a relaxing stay. Walking distance to everything in Mandelieu. It was nice and clean and a good breakfast. The room we got had a wonderful nice terrace with sun in the afternoon.

Review 79：The place was really nice. We had a very quite room with a small table and chairs outside. The room is quite basic but very spacious and comfortable and there is a kitchen. They have a nice swimming pool too. The staff was very helpful. If I ever come back to Mandelieu I will choose this place again.

Rooms were dirty, the door outside was broken, hot water begins to flow in 30 min.we arrived 4 people, beds were only for 3, so we slept together in clothes as it was terribly cold, In the morning we changed the hotel.

Review 85：What did we like - everything. For €60 per night we had a fully fittedspotlessly clean apartment complete with hob, microwave, crockery,cutlery, tv and wi - fi. If you have a dog there's a great walkalong a towpath and your'e only 5 minutes from the beach. Theapartments are separated by small hedges giving you plenty of privacy ifyou sit outside on your terrace. The staff are very polite and friendly.Can't praise Le Rivage highly enough.

Review 97：Great location only 15 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach, 10 minutes walk to a few resturants, pool is lovely however think they may have the chlorine levels wrong as the white parts of our costumes went green! Kitchens have everything you need and more, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Lovely place, would definatley stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to all 'whatever you want' (Golf, swim, sea, mountains, sport, (Mountain) bike).. Garden view rooms have afternoon sun.. 'street' view have wonderful breakfast sun... I cannot stop here.., will come back definitely.. Coup de coeur...

When asked concerning a good restaurant to go to at night, they made an excellent suggestion and booked it for us - and my wife and I were very satisfied with their suggestion. It is definitely a place we want to go back to. And I think we will.
