Review 1：As this is an apartment, the cost of sheets and towels is extra, but we knew it and were quite OK with paying as it is still well worth it!
Review 2：Very nice property with a large lawn. Both Stefano and Svetlana are very helpful. We would definitely go back for a longer stay.
Review 3：They charge you 10€ for the cleaning service. Also make sure to bring towels and bed linen as they sre not included and you must pay 20€ for them.
Review 4：The place to be. In front of the sea. Perfect for a stay with animals and children. The owner is very kind. The appartment was very clean and you have everything you need for a long stay, also the kitchen is fully equiped.
Review 5：Needs updating in parts, outside furniture in poor condition...sofa broken , table with cigarette burns in it and a small table with just one chair so no good for a family wanting to eat outside. Similar issue's inside, not many glasses and some chipped so were constantly washing. Lot's of parking but was very busy when we were there and parking was sometimes difficult.

It was spacious, nice, newly renovated, good kitchen, Americansized refrig, huge garden/yard for the kids, outdoor furniture, viewoverlooking the sea, friendly staff and only 15 min from st tropez.We'd definitely stay again. The only negative was the shower leakedwater all over the bathroom floor.
Review 14：Very friendly service, and the apartment itself was fantastic. The value for money was amazing, could have cost much more and still have been worth it. The highlight was the view from the balcony (both of them), beautiful view of the sea, as well as a nice big back yard with a swing, chairs and little pond. We will be back, for sure. Review 24：The apartment was well equipped and well located to access the beach. The closest town Sainte Maxime is an easy 2 minute drive. My children enjoyed spending time with the resident puppy!
Review 25：What cannot be emphasised enough was the level of noise disturbance experienced due to the proximity of main road to st tropez. Very poor communication amongst staff working and no central point to go to. Always felt I was disturbing people when I had to enquire about something.

It's across the road from the water and is centrally positioned to visit St Maximes, St Tropez and Grimaud. Plenty of space to unravel for a night or a week

Review 37：The owner was fantastic and the location is amazing!! We used it as a stopover for one night before getting our house rental the next day. Kitchen facilities seemed excellent. One bedroom was very large but the other had a small double. The sitting room just has one small sofa which folds out to a bed (but then there is nowhere to sit except at the dining table). I thought it was really great for a night for a family of 5 and I would have been happy to stay longer.

Not really to cook warm meals if you're with 6 persons; - If you're located on the grondfloor, you can too easily hear the persons residing on the first floor; - A common swimming pool within the location could be a positive plus.
Review 72：- Very friendly owner and ready to help you; - The infrastructure of the residence was exactly in line with the description; - The garden was very well maintained by the owner and we could enjoyed it; - Close to the beach (you can go by walk) but you need to cross the departmental road (between Sainte Maxime and Saint Tropez) with very high traffic "jump" during the daylight.
Review 73：There was ample space in a tastefully decorated suite with easy driving access west, or to the east and Ste Maxime. I bet it would be lovely and cool in summer.
Review 74：Hard to find reception. There was only one duvet for the smaller bed. No linen provided, not very clean, very dusty. No cleaning materials/starters and they tried to charge me for cleaning. Needed to get a different decoder to get off Russian TV, no instructions for the small oven.

Review 85：We had a studio with my wife and little daughter. It was very close to the see. With the studio there was nice terrace and separate entrance. It was very relaxing being in the garden and at terasse in the evening despite the road next to the villa. Having air conditioner on we could sleep very well no sound from outside to be heard. The villa owner was very kind and helpful. This helped to make our vacation worry-free.
