Review 3：Excellent staff,lovely modern hotel and so well placed. As we had a lot of luggage the bedroom and wardrobe was a little small but would be perfect with hand luggage for a short stay. We didn't have breakfast as felt it was expensive. Excellent value for money, would go again. Try Eau de Folles restaurant across the road, fantastic! A great stay.
Review 4：Uncomfortable bed, sloping from the sides into the middle as though it had been slept in by a succession of obese solo travelers.

Review 6：Instead of a double bed, was two singles pushed together which led to a large gap during certain... activities... Breakfast was quite basic and disappeared quickly. Room was very small.

Review 12：Not a 4 star - except for the price. They charge the full price when you check-in, instead of just getting a pre-authorization on the credit card. I found this annoying. Unconfortable bed - too soft and very bad soft pillows. The double bed is actually 2 single beds joint togheter and that make it even more unconfortable. The area is too noisy with bars and traffic all around. WiFi is free but slow and annoying because you need to login every day, even multiple times a day. The price of beverage in the minibar is ridicolus 5 euro for a small bottle of water. Very small room and bathrooom.

Review 14：No towel rails to hang towels on, no soap holders in the showers and a glass door on the toilet? The new floor coverings in the hallways had a strong chemical smell.

Review 18：The hotel is not a proper four star standard. Some of the items are crucial to have in the four star hotel for the comfort of the traveler such as lotion, shower cap, bathrobe and slippers. The house keeping staff were nice and kept our rooms tidy but the floors were not mopped (hairs and not ours where found on the floor). However, the location is great. The hotel is located in the middle of the center.

Immediately dealt with by moving is to another (higher spec) room. Staff at reception were very pleasant. We came by plane and left Toulouse by train - hotel well sites for both.
Review 22：The only minor gripe would be the size of the bathroom, although in fairness this seems to be the norm in city centre hotels the world over.

Review 26：The hotel is right beside the Jean Jaures metro station and the airport bus leaves from across the road. A lively area with so many restaurants and bars near. Lovely clean, good sized room with pretty decor. Tea and coffee making facilities. I would stay here again.

Review 33：Room was booked for 2 and I had towels for 1 person, no hooks to hang them, and no air vent. The room was booked as a double bed but it was a 2 single beds put together. for the love of God I couldnt connect to the internet, thank God I had rooming n the temp regulator.. not sure of what was the max temp was but I was practically shivering thru the night. It was really cold outside but I couldnt regulate the temp inside
Review 34：Staff were amazing. .helpful 24/7 (even with not having 24 hr room service, the nice person on the desk made me a cheese n ham sandwich 5 in the morning ) and hardly many people speak english in toulouse but the entire staff thru my staff speaked english and were helpfull every min of the day. location.. couldnt have been more perfect then this... walking distance from the center and many attractions and recreational areas.

Review 37：Relatively small room and bathroom. Both shower cabin and toilet not isolated from the room and you could easily hear your roommate's noises from there :-). Air conditioning lacks adjustments and it could become cold at night.

Room was isolated from the outside noise.Clean rooms with everything you'd expect (towels, bathroom accessories, flat TV, safe box, phone, etc.). There was a small table for breakfast/work in bed. Kind receptionists. They printed our boarding passes before departing.
Review 39：Position in the city center, nearby to Wilson square in an area full of restaurants, bars, cinemas and close to Metro station and underground parking if you are there by car. Hotel fully renovated with a nice decor and furniture.
Review 40：Late checkin time from 3pm. Checkin desk was surprised to see us already at 1pm. And did not automatically offer to store our luggages. For a four star hotel small items are not matching: noisy room, curtains do no close completely, shower leaking water, shower button missing, strolls at breakfast did not seem to be fresh.
